The staff is very welcoming, very knowledgeable and professional. Everyone wears a smile. The office is very clean and comforting. I had coffee while I waited, which wasnt long at all. And my son got a T-shirt for starting his services. I suggest anyone give them a call for their orthodontic needs.

I have practiced as a hygienist in the same dental office for 12 years, so when I decided to pursue orthodontia for myself I was extremely careful in selecting the practice and doctor for my treatment. I consulted with several orthodontists in the Athens area before meeting Dr. Gass and his staff at Family Orthodontics, Watkinsville. My reception into the practice was warm, the staff professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Dr. Gass explained my treatment plan thoroughly and thoughtfully and addressed all of my concerns. Dr. Gass is passionate about his field and his core values are evident in the way he treats his assistants and patients. Every step of my treatment thus far has exceeded my expectations. I now refer all of my patients in need of ortho to Dr. Gass and look forward to bringing my children to him when it is time to talk braces!

This is my second time receiving treatment in the Family Orthodontics network, and I have not had the best experience at all. I've had almost 5 brackets break over the course of my treatment. Now, I know what you're thinking...but I'm an adult who followed all of the rules almost perfectly: no gum, no hard candy, etc. and each time it's been replaced, it's been a rushed job to get patients out and probably relieve themselves of their own understaffing. I have not noticed any change in my spacing or straightness in almost 2 months, and am starting to regret getting my braces here again. I just want to be done with treatment already (will be 2 months over the dates they gave me). Is fine if you don't mind just decent work, but I'd look into treatment with Dr. Russell!

Great friendly staff. No complaints except trying to reach someone to confirm or reschedule appointments. Not only called but got various wait times as time went on. The worst in phone service. If it wasn't for that, they'd have 5 stars.

My daughter has been being treated for her preparation for her braces. She is now having her braces put on. They are very friendly and the staff makes my child feel so comfortable which puts me so at ease. I would highly recommend.
