I can never get in for an appointment. The phone rings and rings and then hangs up on you.

6/7/2022: I would strongly recommend NOT using this office. They are over-booked, disorganized, and unresponsive to patient issues. The doctor - and I think there is only one - flits between Tumwater, Aberdeen, and Centralia. When you have an issue they aren't available that day but would be happy to see you in 10 days. Or you can travel an hour and maybe get squeezed in at their other office. And then you better be ready for them to cancel an appointment - this has happened no fewer than 3 times for us - in less than a year!!! I think the doctor knows what she's doing but her office is poorly run, and that leads to a negative patient experience. At this point I am very disappointed and looking for a new provider ASAP. UPDATE: 8/30/2022: This office STILL has not let our insurance carrier know that they are no longer treating our child. Which means we are paying out-of-pocket for all costs related to care with a new provider! Sooooo frustrating but same old, same old: this office "claims" to have done the back-end work to free up the insurance benefit but both the new dentist and our insurance company disagree. I am revising downward to just 1 star my review, and that is only because the doctor seems to be competent at doing dentist/ortho stuff. As for running an office? Not so much.

Always friendly. Always patient. Super convenient location close to the freeway. I wish I had them for my orthodontists. So gentle with my daughter.

Very nice staff. I do not understand why we HAVE to get an x-ray just to have this dentist talk to me, the parent of his potential patients. I do not recommend ANYONE who would treat another human like this. He/She literally refused to even talk to me. Sent 2 of his office people to keep telling me the same thing. Disappointed again with the system. Human to Human, this isn't the way things should be.

Staff in nice but horrible at their job. Wait in waiting room for over an hour pass my appointment time and had to go up to front desk to find out the didn't notify back office. It took over a year and a half to get approval for my son's braces. Staff stated they would follow up and i would have to call back to find out status if braces were approved. Dentist had unreasonable expectations for cleanliness for teeth. Dr used the word "pristine" when discussing the condition my son's teeth should be in in order to move forward on braces. Would never recommend this place.

Wow!!!! 2 days before braces are to be installed after waiting months our appointment is cancelled for our 10 yo daughter over the fact that as her parent had advocated that they could do more to support the appeals process with medicaid. As her parent I had to do the advocating including appealing to the health care authority. We did win the appeal, made another appointment and waited just over a month to only have them cancel it two days before. Dr. Choi was our scheduled Dr., however after reading others reviews I now wonder if the coordinator Monica is the one responsible for the failure in initial approval process. She is the only person I spoke with and the one that said that the office does not facilitate appeals when our braces were denied. To be honest Dr. Choi may have only had the involvement in providing the treatment plan and everything else is just a business decision, and because I advocate my daughter pays the price with no service. By far this is the worst treatment by a business ever for us, and the prolonged pain that my child will endure.... god forbid a papa/momma bear advocate for their child here. You will be tossed out. Would never recommend this clinic and will continually advise anyone asking to go any where but here. It will be better PERIOD>>>>

We love Family Orthodontics! The cost is less than at other facilities. They have many wonderful assistants and knowledgeable doctors. They spend quality time during the initial assessment and review plan options in detail. Our experience here has been 100% better than with our first son at a different facility which cost a fare amount more. I will have my daughters braces done here after my 2nd sons treatment is complete. Thank you to everyone at Family Orthodontics!!

We've been coming here for my daughter for almost a year - Taylor is the best! She's always been super sweet, calming and understanding. It's nice seeing the same face rather than multiple people each time we come back. Shes really personable, friendly and knowledgeable. But a huge winner is the fact that they give options for a no interest payment plan with recurring payments. I paid a small deposit to start, and now pay a reasonable monthly payment for the duration of our treatment. I'd recommend this place, especially Taylor, 10x over, and will be coming back for my other kids should they need ortho.

The workspace is so welcoming and kind. I had my braces done here and I didn't have a single negative experience here thus far. The nurses crack jokes and make the experience as light as possible.

The financial coordinator very obviously sabotaged my son's braces case with the state! It took over a month for her to summit the claim! She didn't send in the additional information needed! As a result his case was denied! Here's the kicker, I talked to the state myself, they were prepared to approve my sons case, but now it's closed because the office dropped the ball! I already knew she wasn't gonna try when the very first thing she said to me was "I don't think they will pay it" without knowing anything about my sons case! They say they summited the documents and I ask for the date,, I'm told they have to call me back.I been waiting 3 weeks for a call that's never gonna come from these people! If you have state insurance please go somewhere eles! Do not let them talk you into paying with cash! It may not be necessary! These people will do the bare minimum and your case will be denied! You deserved to be treated better. I am filing for a change in doctor because the office is a joke!

The doctor is very nice but the receptionists are not motivated to help you. They also only book on the half hour so we wait 20-30 plus minutes every time for a 5 minute appointment. It's very frustrating.
