The staff is very welcoming, very knowledgeable and professional. Everyone wears a smile. The office is very clean and comforting. I had coffee while I waited, which wasnt long at all. And my son got a T-shirt for starting his services. I suggest anyone give them a call for their orthodontic needs.

I was in, yesterday, to pick up a retainer. I am a teacher and I took the end of the day off. I sat in the waiting room for over an hour, just to be called into the clinic, and told my retainer had not arrived. I understand the staff has no control over arrivals and deliveries. HOWEVER, I do not understand why no one realized my retainer wasn't delivered BEFORE I came to my appointment. I would have appreciated a call before I drove 45 minutes, took time off work and sat in the waiting room for over an hour. Wasted day.

Came in for an emergency visit for broken bracket. They removed the bracket, clipped the wire (according to them to provide comfort), and sent my child on her merry way. When I asked one of the tech about the replacement bracket, the tech said they didn't have the tools needed for treatment that day. They told me they would replace it on he next visit. So now my child is without a bracket until her next appointment that's scheduled two months out. Never thought a dental office would be without equipment for routine services. The location in reference is Stockbridge. They're without an office manager according to the customer service rep. I had mutiple conversations with at least 4 different techs within a 30 mins during our visit. Family Ortho is well known for great service, not to be dysfunctional. This is my second time with this location. The first phase of braces we had a great experience. From the front desk receptionist, to the techs and the doctor was awesome. This new crew.....not the move. So I'm waiting for someone from the McDonough location to contact me so I can switch office. Patrons invest alot of money to avoid bad service.

Stockbridge, GA office: Newbie parent of daughter with first-time braces. Beginning process for top set went smoothly. Bottom set put on today, and 1 brace broke 2 1/2 hours later. I appreciate the fact that they accommodated her and fixed it at the end of the day. One suggestion - a simple apology and explanation go a long way. Hats off to Lyn (the orthodontic hygienist) who explained everything to me - and my daughter wasn't even her patient! Pillow bracket was needed. Stay tuned...

I have had a TERRIBLE experience with Family Orthodontics. My son got his braces put on in March. They have been short staffed. We have gone for appts and not been seen for what the appt was made for and then it wasn't clearly explained the reason for the change. We have walked in to a handwritten note at the front that says - sorry - please write your name and number and someone will check you in shortly. You can't get an appt for months on end - so his last appt was scheduled for March 8th but he had an exam and now I can't get in until March 31st. The braces are on. haven't been adjusted once. they are just on. it's a waste of time and money and i regret coming to them. If i can get him out of this office, we are going somewhere else. IT HAS BEEN TERRIBLE.

This place is the best hands down!!! Very professional and polite make you feel like family. Ms.Eleanor Ramey is so helpful. I would recommend family orthodontics to anyone looking to get braces for themselves or their children this place is great thanks again for all you guys help!!! I wish I could give 10 stars. Morrow and Stockbridge location- they are very professional and friendly.

Worst place ever never seen the Same dentist at each appointment. Each one was saying something different. Staff was rude as hell. Talked about me but I could hear them. Always had to wait an hour or two past my appointment time. Wouldn't take all the brace cement of his tooth. My son came out with his gums bleeding really bad. Got my son braces take out because they place was so horrible. Will NEVER go back again!!

They're easy to contact. Easy scheduling. Great front desk service and taking lots of precautions for COVID. Very impressed. I especially would like to compliment the tech/assistant (young gentleman whose name I can't remember!) is absolutely fantastic. He set my 10yo son at ease. He told him everything he was about to do, and they even just enjoyed good conversation. All of this has made my son's experiences there relaxed and easy, and nothing could make me happier.

Both my son and I are patients of this establishment the Morrow office. Dr. Song and her staff are phenomenal. I am always greeted with welcoming smiles and they always are genuine with our well being. The staff is competent in their fields and they never talk above your head. They are very hands on! I have also had to schedule emergency visits for my son where we had to visit another location and I again was impressed with the speedy service and heartfelt welcome to their office.

I went to the Hudson Bridge location and staff was very friendly. I was a few minutes late and still they were very friendly. The orthodontist assistant took her time to remove the wire from my braces and was very gentle throughout the procedure. I really appreciated that!!!! Wish all the orthodontist assistants were like her!

The staff is friendly, but, be prepared to wait at least an hour after your appointment time. Don't go around lunch time or you will be rushed and may have to return to have the procedure corrected because the attendant was hungry and was rushing. My daughter had an appointment time of 11:00am. She arrived at 10:52am and was finally seen at 12:01pm. When I addressed my concern to the receptionist she apologized and stated that they were moving as efficiently as they could and the problem was due to staff shortage. After approximately forty-three minutes my daughter was finished with her procedure and I went up front to speak with the receptionist to schedule a future appointment. I was interrupted because the lady that performed the procedure on my daughters teeth was trying to go to lunch and she wanted to know what the receptionist wanted. I then asked if they could discuss this when i was gone. She then let me know that she's diabetic and hasn't eaten. I was able to make my future appointment and was on my way. Approximately 3:00pm I had to return to the office because the lady that attended to my daughter did a rush job and a piece of her braces came off. Overall, I blame the practice for over-scheduling and being under staff which causes a inconvenience to the customer. Family Orthodontics has some of the best Orthodontics and great staff members, but, from my experience today the staff needs to be treated better so that they can provide better customers service.

I highly recommend Family Orthodontics in Stockbridge. Dr. Song is amazing as are her staff. Yes, there is a wait sometimes, but aren't most medical places this way? Everyone is professional, courteous, and kind to my daughter. We have been here since the beginning of the braces process and are soon done with retainers.
