Dr. Sophie Markovichhas been practicing orthodontics on Cape Cod since 2005. Originally from New Jersey, Dr. Sophies extensive education includes a Bachelors Degree in Biology and Chemistry from Skidmore College and a Doctor of Medical Dentistry degree from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine. Following her graduation in 2002, she completed an Orthodontic Fellowship program at the University of Florida School of Dentistry, as well as an Orthodontic Residency program in Rochester, New York, earning her a certificate to specialize in orthodontics in June of 2005.
As a member of the American Dental Society, American Association of Orthodontists, Massachusetts Dental Society, and Cape Cod District Dental Society, Dr. Sophie remains highly engaged in her field, volunteering her time as a dentist and learning from outstanding colleagues and researchers around the nation.

Dr. Sophie and all of her staff are amazing! From the moment you walk in the door you feel welcomed by the smiley receptionist. The dental assistants are so personable and friendly. The office manager is accommodating and also extremely friendly. Such a positive group of professionals in a beautiful office!

Dr. Sophie and every single member of her team are simply rockstars of Orthodontics!!! My son had wonderful experience as a patient and has beautiful smile as a result of the work of this fantastic team. I also just finished recently treatment with braces as an adult and all I have to say is I am above and beyond happy with my results - Dr. Sophie and her team are patient and listen and address any concerns you may have along the way. They work with you and your schedule. They always have smile on their faces. I would 100% recommend this Orthodontic practice!!!!

We have nothing but positive things to say about Dr Sophie and all the staff. They are kind, professional and accommodating. I have had two children cared for one with traditional braces and one Invisalign. Their services are excellent.

My daughter has Invisalign with Dr. Sophie and she has explained everything clearly and is kind, her staff is very helpful and friendly, and we have overall had a very positive experience.

Both my kids got their braces through Dr. M. Things were always explained so we could understand, and the office staff was very helpful and patient. Highly recommend.
