The staff is very welcoming, very knowledgeable and professional. Everyone wears a smile. The office is very clean and comforting. I had coffee while I waited, which wasnt long at all. And my son got a T-shirt for starting his services. I suggest anyone give them a call for their orthodontic needs.

Before I went to the office I was advised to send current x-rays over. Day of appointment I was told those X-rays weren't the angle and I needed so I had to take additional photos. This was foretelling of my experience at this office. I didn't even want to go inside because it's filled with children. Kids are great but I don't want to be sitting in a room of 15-20 kids and their parents. Then the hygienist didn't even look professional. She was wearing a cheap flimsy cotton dress with a side slit so high I'm not sure they have a real dress code. Then the doctor requested I get release changed her mind but her office never called to advise. The office is run horribly, some staff is dressed tackily. Waste of time. I will gladly get braces somewhere else.

I received great service during the 2 years of my treatment at the Smyrna office. The staff & orthodontists were friendly and professional at all times. I highly recommend.

I had an awful experience! Make sure to be prepared to buy 2 retainers cause the first one they make for you is so thin, it will break just from you putting it in your mouth! Then they tell you it's your fault it broke and make you pay for another one, which is much more sturdier and well made! Why didn't they give me that one in the first place? Also after you finish paying for the braces, the Dr wants to take the braces off even when your teeth are not completely straight! I will not recommend them to anyone!!

Dr. Bussey has provided stellar service in every aspect of ensuring that our son's teeth are in the accurate position before debanding. He goes above and beyond to make our experience with his office excellent on all levels as they deliver prompt responses to any concerns we have. We travel over an hour (one-way) to get to Dr. Bussey's office, and it is worth it. Thank you, Dr. Bussey!
