The staff is very welcoming, very knowledgeable and professional. Everyone wears a smile. The office is very clean and comforting. I had coffee while I waited, which wasnt long at all. And my son got a T-shirt for starting his services. I suggest anyone give them a call for their orthodontic needs.

My daughter has been going there since October for her Invisalign. The first visit was fine, staff was nice, got all her imaging done. However, we have yet to actually get her Invisalign device. I was never notified the device was in until I emailed the office after 8 weeks with no word from them. We had an appointment set for December, but my daughter became ill so I hadn't to reschedule. First available appointment was February! By the time my daughter gets her device I hope it still fits in her mouth. I asked if there's a waiting list for earlier appointments and was told no, but I could call and ask if there are cancellations. I tried calling yesterday and waited in hold for 15 minutes only to find out there are no openings. If I had realized they are only open two days a week I would have gone elsewhere. Now I'm stuck because they have my daughter's device that I've already paid for! Ugh!

Honest review- the orthodontist is nice enough during the 2 minutes she spends with you at each appointment. However, you cannot ever call the actual office- only the call center where they know nothing about your treatment. If you ever need to reschedule an appointment, it will be about 4-6 weeks before they can "fit you in" which completely screws up your plan and progress. So if you enjoy 20 people in the waiting room and plan to never ever need to reschedule an appointment- this may be a fit.

Never had a bad experience and have been going here for almost a year. I travel just about an hour to come here because I know I will be taken care of. Yuri was very kind & informative on my visit today! When my kids are old enough to get braces this is the Orthodontics they will come to as well.

I wouldn't let these people work on my dogs mouth. The staff is extremely rude and unorganized. They take your money and could careless about you afterwards.

I have 2 children plus myself using their service. Had I known they are available in my area 1 day a week on average I would have never used their service. Have yet to have an appointment run on time (avg 40-60 min behind). If it's signing up new service they are very much on time. Front desk is fantastic and doing the best with what they have to work with. Being onsite 1 day a week is absurd. God forbid you have an issue... takes 4-5 days to get a call back.

Dr Hall and the staff have taken excellent care of my son and daughter. Dr. Hall has an excellent chairside manner which made my kids feel very comfortable. It also made me feel comfortable knowing my kids are being cared for so thoroughly. The assistants have always been friendly and prompt. I highly recommend this office for any orthodontic needs you may have!
