The staff is very welcoming, very knowledgeable and professional. Everyone wears a smile. The office is very clean and comforting. I had coffee while I waited, which wasnt long at all. And my son got a T-shirt for starting his services. I suggest anyone give them a call for their orthodontic needs.

Not my top choice for braces in PTC!! Hard to get follow up appt times. Only in PTC office 2.5 days each week! If you go to a different location, you then must continue to go to that location. Today we were forgotten about OR they were running 50 mins late....& no apologizes either!

Where do I start? They are impossible to get ahold of! You will be on hold for a VERY long time before talking to someone to either schedule or billing. The Billing department is a joke. I have been here almost 3 years and I wish I would have never gone here! Don't even try rescheduling because they never have anything available and you'll just be pushed out for weeks. I hate this place! The doctor and staff are nice but that's it.

Dr. Bussey is kind and knowledgeable. His team is freest; always personable and sweet. The practice is busy, so scheduling can be a few weeks out, but always worth the wait. Very pleased with my results and care here.

I've been going to Family Orthodontics for 6 years, and although I've seen plenty of staff come and go, I must say that the entire experience has been so amazing and I have never had an issue! The staff are so welcoming with all their patients-- I have always been welcomed with a smile! I have also shadowed the orthodontist, Dr. Bussey, and I have witnessed first-hand how astounding and thorough he is with his work. He and all the other staff are so patient and careful with every case they take on. They have given me so much confidence in my smile and, after getting my braces off, I haven't stopped showing off my teeth! I thank Family Orthodontics so much, and I highly recommend!!

Dr Bussey and the rest of team are truly amazing. Dr Bussey observed an issue that wasn't corrected during my first orthodontist treatment. He immediately begin to put his heart and soul into making the correction. He truly was God sent. I've never met an orthodontist that showed great compassion in what they do. Needless to say my teeth are the bomb!!! I'm truly blessed and grateful to have met him! Keep changing smiles Dr Bussey!!!

Once Doctor Bussey took over my treatment after I've been a patient for 3 years. My experience at family orthodontics was immediately transformed and I was more than a satisfied patient. Dr.Bussey made my time at family orthodontics a comfortable, fun and learning experience and made sure I was satisfied at the end of every appointment from the time when I was getting adjustments to fully coming out of my braces. My whole family has been referred to family orthodontics by myself and has also been very pleased with the service thank you so much Family orthodontics and a special thanks to Dr.Bussey I'm in love with my smile now!!

On more than one occasion we've been told our daughter didn't have an appointment and they'd have to squeeze her in. Both times we had the appointment card THEY wrote us. Nobody was apologetic or took responsibility. The 20 minute appointments took 1 and half hours.

Family Orthodontics was an amazing experience! The staff was very nice and Dr. Bussey always had a very positive attitude every time he saw me. You can definitely tell that he truly loves what he does! Overall, my teeth look really good and I am very happy that I was a patient here! :)

I had an excellent experience as an adult getting Invisalign. Dr. Bussey was the best! He always listened to my concerns and took my opinion in to consideration throughout the process. Highly recommend this practice to anyone.

Money hungry! Find another place to go please. Didn't do our insurance right. Had to jump though hoops in the end they was wrong. Now months later they say we owe again. Daughter wanted braces off for wedding they want to change 700 to take off and put back on. That's crazy high.

Horrible work and horrible people. Ive had multiple infections in my mouth after visiting this orthodontist. Each time I visit its a different doctor, and a different practice, but a common thing with ALL of them is that they are not gentle and are not legitimate anymore. I was told 2 years I would be in braces, It's been almost 3 and I have seen only a change with my bottom teeth and top canines which were once in my gums. My overbite has worsened, and my teeth are now off centered. I'm not even told what they're DOING to my mouth, not once have i been told that they were doing something with purpose. They've also messed up my teeth, chipping them; as well as making my gums bleed almost every visit. Another reason they suck is because they make unnecessary charges or leave people on hold when trying to talk about these charges. I've had only one good experience here and that was when Dr. Long was still around. Horrible and close to malpractice. -infinity/10

This is the absolute worst practice. Four (4) years ago our daughter started Invisalign and she is still on the program. We were told this would take a year and a half. We paid everything up front and she wears her trays religiously. This practice is inept and is very difficult to work with. Do not waste YOUR hard earned money with this group Newnan or PTC.

My previous posting for Dr. Bussey (Peachtree City) appeared to link to a different location. Therefore, I wanted to ensure that I included Dr. Bussey's Peachtree City office since that's we're we received excellent service. Dr. Bussey is dedicated to providing professional service to all of his patients. His approach to delivering the best smile is solid, and he is thorough. He sees his patients on time, which is important since we drive over an hour (one-way) for each visit. Thank you, Dr. Bussey, for taking a prolonged situation and turning it around within a reasonable amount of time for a excellent end! We are grateful for you and the time you invest in your patients.
