I've been a patient of Family Orthodontics of Dublin under Dr. Hsieh's care for a few years now. I've spent most of my life on various orthodontic treatments plans at a lot of different offices. She's been by far, the best Orthodontist I've had. She's kind and listens, and is meticulous. She also spends a good amount of time with her patients, something a lot of other Orthodontics I've been to do not. I'll refer anyone here, and plan to take my children here when their time comes.

Dr. Hsieh and her entire team are wonderful. The office is extremely clean, and each staff member caring and professional. They are upfront and clear about treatment needs and costs, and you can tell that they truly are looking for a plan that best serves each patient. We are very happy with Family Orthodontics of Dublin!

Dr. Hsieh and her team changed my life! I came in with a severe underbite and needed maxillofacial surgery throughout the course of my treatment. Dr. Hsieh went above and beyond communicating with my oral surgeon and keeping great communication throughout treatment. She was honest and thorough and wants the best for all of her patients. Her staff is so kind and willing to accommodate my busy travel schedule and even when brackets or wires got loose, were able to accommodate me very well. Today I got my braces off and although I am overjoyed with the results, I am a bit sad as I won't be seeing the lovely team as frequently. If you are hesitant about finding a good ortho or are on the fence of getting orthodontia, I urge you to even give Family Orthodontics of Dublin a call. They've changed my life for the better. Thank you team!!!!!!

My experience with them has been really good so far. My case is an edge case where 3/4 orthodontists recommended Jaw Surgery which is a hell of a process (3 years, moderate chance of something going wrong) and Dr. Hsieh was the 1 out of the 4 who said she believed she could fix my issue with a non-surgical treatment. I'm not completely finished yet so I'll provide the update once i'm done but things are going well and I'm really glad to have picked them. I was even in Miami at the time I decided to pick them and although the trek back and forth is not ideal, they have been really flexible about the timing and have made it work.

Dr. Hsieh and her entire team are wonderful. The office is extremely clean, and each staff member caring and professional. This review for Family Orthodontist of Dublin office is subject to change, depending on how Dr. Susan Hsieh and the office manager, Hoang, are going to handle this matter. I tried to call the office to talk to Hoang in order to report an abusive, racist, unprofessional staff member, Jillian, but not only she didn't transfer me, she hung up on me!!! Such rude behavior is not tolerated anywhere. Thus I am hoping that not only the managers but also every staff members read this review and realize how serious mistreating staff members at workplace is. I am very disappointed on myself for letting my family observe a persistent pattern of mistreatment and bullying done by Jillian towards staff members and specifically toward Simii. Also, I am very disappointed that Dr. Hsieh and Hoang support racism and discrimination to grow in this office. Simii is a multilingual professional, kind, caring, and smart dental assistant in this office. She is proficient in English and at least two other languages that represent her intelligence. She talks English very well, even though English is not her first language. My entire family understands her well and loves her work but unfortunately, we have seen Jillian and sometimes Hoang treat her differently in a racist way that is unfair, offensive, unfriendly, and very destructive that result in emotional harms not to Simii only but to anyone that is present there. We definitely see how uncomfortable Simii may feel around them because none of these behaviors are normal, humanitarian, and professional, manners to treat your co-workers. I believe these behaviors have nothing to do with Simii's language because she's very fluent. I would love to give Simii five stars in her professional work skills and social skills. Also, Julia, a front desk member is a professional lady that always treats us respectfully and is not afraid to say apology if she makes any mistakes. However, Jillian is very rude and loud. She creates an unnecessary hectic environment in her presence that makes patients uncomfortable and anxious. I am sure other staff members have been mistreated by her as well. Sadly, my family and I feel unsafe in this office because no one stops Jillian when she discriminates Simii and others. This shows lack of management skills in the office. Having an average but united and humble team is much better than having well educated but rude and destructive personnels. "The world suffers a lot not because of the violence of bad people, but because of silence of good people."

I did my invisaline treatment with Dr Hsieh and her staff and am 110% happy with my results. I had an overbite and crowding in my top-teeth which was corrected in 2.5 years... it would have been faster, but Dr Hsieh suggested I do a 2nd refinement to make it "perfect" and I am glad I did! This was included in my treatment fee (I wasnt charged extra for the second refinement). She really takes care of her patients and I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. I highly recommend her for orthodontic treatments. It has been over a year since I finished my treatment but she still has me come in every 5-6 months to check my status - all of this is included in my treatment fee (I never had to pay more). Dr Hsieh and the staff (Melanie helped me the most times), and the front desk Emilia are wonderful and friendly people. Scheduling is easy and I never had issues with billing or payments! Thank you Family Ortho for a great experience.

Love this place. Friendly and professional. Wonderful care. My Granddaughter has had such a positive experience. My Niece also had her braces here and the results are spectacular. Highly recommend.
