Family Orthodontics was amazing when my daughter had her braces. So when I needed to have them of course I went to them. They have went over and beyond for me, a tragedy struck our home and have been out of town for the past six months. They called their other branches and made sure I was seen and took care of me.

Please be informed that the office is open 3 patient days per week ONLY. The patient days do vary week to week. (Meaning they could be open Monday - Wednesday. Then the following week week it could be Tuesday, Thursday and Friday... And so on). The daily hours do vary as well.

Experience started out great. Towards the end of my treatment when I was told my next visit I'd be getting my braces off I expressed I didn't like my bottom teeth and didn't feel like they were straight yet and that I still have 'gaps' in my bite. It was brushed off as if they didn't understand what I was talking about. Next visit, braces came off. Decided to go get a second opinion, other orthodontist sees what I'm talking about and said I need another year in braces. Not right that I had 3 years, & $5,000 with this place just to turn around and have to spend another few thousand at another place to finish what I already paid for. Nobody will return my calls.

When I first started going I absolutely loved it everyone was great. Then coming down to the last 6 months it was night and day. I took my insurance information in so it could be filed it took 5 months of me calling non-stop and threatening to change to another Doctor before they would give me any answers other then I'll have someone reach out to you but no one every did. I asked several times for the corporate office number but no one would give it, I was told they would reach out to the corporate office and have them call me. Over all I really wish I would have went with another Orthodontist in the area especially for the money that I spent.

The best practice ever! Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and considerate. I can always call and speak to someone for help. My favorite is Tiffany she is the best and I couldn't ask for a better Orthodotist in Dr. Bob!!

They are very unprofessional when it comes to the billing department that handles the ins claims! They didn't add my husbands ins (2nd ins) to the dental plan with my ins. Then when I upgraded my ins policy for better coverage & lower paymts for my daughters braces. They act like they don't know what there doing! I've been calling & finally made a new claim March 29th.2022. & emailed Redem my all information To update my new ins. She sent back in the old information. These ppl don't need there jobs if they don't know what there doing with insurance companies! Telling me it's my ins company BCBS. And for me to wait 30-45 days! For the BCBS but it's not them! It's the billing unprofessional department & the ppl in the office!! Everyone needs more training at family ortho!!!

I am a college student that just needed help with my retainer and the receptionist was incredibly rude. She was not helpful at all and I would never refer anyone to this orthodontist. I was nothing but nice to her and she decided to be rude in return.

This place is great! I absolutely love everything about it. The customer service is second to None! I know dealing with the public can be stressful at times but their representative, Redeem makes it looks easy. She is always understanding to our needs and such a people person. She has to loves what she does because it shows. I will definitely refer my friends and family here!
