The staff is very welcoming, very knowledgeable and professional. Everyone wears a smile. The office is very clean and comforting. I had coffee while I waited, which wasnt long at all. And my son got a T-shirt for starting his services. I suggest anyone give them a call for their orthodontic needs.

I have been going to family orthodontics for 4 years and they knew me like family. They always make sure I was doing okey with the braces and if I had an issue they would fix it as soon as possible. I am so in love with how my teeth look, I couldn't be happier.

I was a little skeptical at first after reading the most recent reviews, this was the first available appointment. Unlike the the reviews described, the staff and doctor was friendly and professional. The office clean and well kept, will recommend as well as visit again.

The staff that worked with Dr White before he passed that's still there, are still nice and welcoming. Some of the new staff seem preoccupied and don't attempt to make conversation or let you know what they're doing or trying to accomplish. The new doctor made absolutely no attempt to tell me what was going on with my child's treatment or what she told the assistant to do. She almost ran into me in the attempt to get back into the room she was in before she was asked to come out. Again, no sort of communication. We have to finish my child's treatment with this office, but will look elsewhere if needed.

This practice has had so much turnover that it has made it difficult for us to get comfortable with this location. The Doctors here need to work on their bedside manner if they want this practice to succeed. We are looking to go to another practice for the second phase of my child's treatment. It is not the same practice as when Dr White was there. Very disappointing as he would not be pleased with how quickly the practice deteriorated after his passing.

I thought things had gotten better here when they figured out who their new orthodontist was going to be. But I still struggle to get an appointment on time with my son. The orthodontist says he wants to see again in 6 weeks and the receptionist tells me that there is nothing available for 10 weeks which puts him yet another month behind. He should have his braces off by now or close to it, and instead we can't even schedule an appointment in a timely manner. I'be talked to other friends that are also patients here and they're experiencing similar frustrations.

We started out with Dr. White at Pickron Orthodontist over 10 years ago. He treated 4 of our 5 family members. The entire staff is amazing. I will definitely continue to refer my family and friends.

Very quick consultation for braces. Dr. White told me information about my jaw and teeth that no one else has before. He even showed me the x-ray of my skull and how my bones and teeth are placed and SHOULD be placed. He quickly came up with a plan to get started on fixing all the problems with my teeth/jaw. I like how he is not overconfident and admits that he truly just wants to get my jaw to be as close as possible to the "ideal" placement, rather than making himself seem like a miracle worker. I am a college student without insurance, and they gave me a large discount off the original price. I'm thankful for that. Looking forward to this process with them! :)
