The staff is very welcoming, very knowledgeable and professional. Everyone wears a smile. The office is very clean and comforting. I had coffee while I waited, which wasnt long at all. And my son got a T-shirt for starting his services. I suggest anyone give them a call for their orthodontic needs.

I finished paying my braces off but I still needed treatment and they said I needed to keep paying to finish the treatment so I couldn't keep paying so I took them off so now all my money went to waste

If you looking for the best place this is the place excellent service great and friendly staff. In my experience Jessica and Shannen do over 100% for my son and the best part don't lie all they tell you is the true and they don't push or trying to convince to take any service.Thanks

Overall, the entire experience was extremely horrifying. The receptionist was the only nice part about this situation. Firstly, the orthodontist that attended me was incredibly unprofessional and continued to make jabs at my treatment plan. She had no filter and she might as well of spoken through a megaphone. Usually, everything should be held confidential between a doctor-patient relationship but she literally disclosed everything to everyone in the waiting room. She placed the wires and power chain like I was some sort of animal. I understand that it might have been a rough morning for her, but the least she could do is keep it professional in the work environment.

My son has been seen for his braces. He needed lots of work done. Priced monthly with what we were comfortable paying. They have always been accommodating with emergencies as well. Have referred coworkers to this practice. Only downfall is that when you call, you reach a call center and not the actual facility.

The Orthodontics treatment is amazing, but there seems to be disconnect with their financial department. I paid this establishment off on 5/25/19, so it was to my surprise that on 6/17/2019 they would take another 177.00 out of my account. Now due to this unexpected charge my account was overdrawn and a fee of 35.00 was charged by my bank. This is not what upset me though, what caused this review is that after contacting them regarding them overdrawing my account. The rep states I should have let her know that I paid off my plan early as they use a 3rd party that handles there payments. Okay so I sign up for ACH for convenience and you want to inconvenience me due to requesting to pay off early although I called you the month before to advise that I will be paying it off and to get the payoff balance( which mysteriously they don't have a call record of). The rep goes to further insult me by saying well you can go to the bank to stop payment on the extra draft that they took on a paid off account. Only to find out not only will I be out 35.00 for a NSF but another 25.00 for a stop pay fee. When I advised the rep that their mistake is costing me 60.00 she states well that is the quickest way to receive your payment back. Then I decided to share my story with a friend at work because at this moment they had me all kinds of worked up. She said they did the same thing to her and it took them four to six months to stop the drafts from coming out of her account after being paid off. So I call back to the office to advice the rep and the rep acted like she was shocked it only was four months. At this point once my daughter treatments are over and I pray she doesn't need phase II. I will never use family orthodontics again.

We have only been with them since November 2018, and they seem to have a great office and nice staff. The only complaint is that my daughter somehow didnt have an appt set up after her December appt, and we didn't get a call until May that she needed to be seen. I have never been to any Drs or specialists office that took that long to call and check up on a patient. My daughter ended up missing 3 or 4 appointments, and having her treatment prolonged. The system needs updated or something!
