The staff is very welcoming, very knowledgeable and professional. Everyone wears a smile. The office is very clean and comforting. I had coffee while I waited, which wasnt long at all. And my son got a T-shirt for starting his services. I suggest anyone give them a call for their orthodontic needs.

I lost my retainer and they promptly got me an appointment for a fitting for a new one the same morning. I had it in my hands that afternoon! Months later, I actually broke a retainer and went in to get fitted for a new one. The next day, I missed my appointment by a lot, but Dr. Nikain was able to fit me in very quickly and I was on my way. The entire team is full of professional, polite, and courteous people and it's been a pleasure having them in charge of my dental care! I give them my highest recommendation and hope the business continues to grow!

The office ladies are great. They are pretty efficient when working with them one on one if you can avoid the call center-- because that is where the confusion lays when dealing with an urgent matter. It is sometimes very difficult trying to get an appointment bc they have too many clients and not enough workers. My daughter wasn't seen since April and finally when it was almost August which isn't good. Our most recent visit was super quick with bonding and placing power chains on. However, they stressed that she needed to wear her rubber bands over and over and then when we got in the car, I noticed that they didn't even install the rubber bands on her :/ I believe they were rushing to get her out bc it was lunchtime.

Great quick service. Never have any issues with the brackets or wires messing up. Very professional staff. I would have gave 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact that they're always booked up so it takes a while to get you back in.

I was thoroughly pleased with the professionalism of the staff from the front desk to the back office. Everyone made my son and I feel safe, comfortable and like it was a pleasure for us to be there. The information and process was clearly explained and my son was surprisingly excited about getting braces. Overall, it was a delightful experience and I would recommend this office to anyone considering braces for their children.

Everyone from the front desk coordinators to the doctor were friendly and professional. I was seen almost immediately and exactly at my scheduled appointment time. My consultation was thorough and informative. Looking forward to finishing my Ortho treatments here

Very disappointed with their customer service. I have made appointments (2) through the call center only to get to their office to be turned away because they didn't have the paperwork from my dentist. Something that we had discussed before. But they don't fail to withdraw money from my account on time every month. It's been three (3) months since I signed with them and still no tray. I was advised to wait for someone to call me to confirm an appointment. I give them one start because there's no zero star otherwise that will be my rating. Please don't fall for the 5 star reviews on their webpage.

Love this location! My kids needed a new ortho & I'm so happy we found this one. Staff is always nice & friendly & my kids (15 & 18) always have a great experience at each appt. If you're looking for an orthodontist in the Dunwoody/Sandy Spgs area, highly recommend Family Orthodontics!!
