The staff is very welcoming, very knowledgeable and professional. Everyone wears a smile. The office is very clean and comforting. I had coffee while I waited, which wasnt long at all. And my son got a T-shirt for starting his services. I suggest anyone give them a call for their orthodontic needs.

We love going here... nice friendly technicians. My son said the last tech was the best tech he ever had.. wishes he could get her every time! The building and bathrooms are nice and clean. Check in is easy with computer sign in. wait time was a little longer than usual but then again he Mirren with than usual that needed to be done.

I was referred here for my daughter to have some form of oral surgery. When making the appointment I told the lady this on the phone several times. I was also told that they didn't take my insurance and this was only a consult needed for a referral, I was told this was needed. I get to the office to be told, that they do not do any for of surgery but also she would not receive the referral. As this was a consult for her to get braces.... Uummmm no that's not what we are here for, I had told the lady on the phone several times that's not what we were looking for. I work third shift, (also told to the lady ) I really don't care to drive 30 minutes out of my way for something we don't need nor want. I was lied to and not to add when trying to explain the lady upfront at the desk, the cold dry attitude was not needed. To be told that my daughter did not have "baby teeth she was too old" I know my child I know the baby teeth didn't come out! Then to have them look at the X-ray and find oh yes she still has baby teeth! Stop not listening to parents, this is how you keep messing up medical information! People with this kind of attitude are why people don't trust healthcare anymore. It makes those of us who are in healthcare such as myself look bad!!!

I like the new orthodontist who I've been seeing lately. Before that, I saw a different ortho each time. The front staff and the assistants are also very nice. My issue with this location is that the treatment plan is not explained very well. I've got "black triangles" resulting as a part of my Invisalign. I'm just now (1 year into treatment) being told these will not go away as those are "cosmetic". I would need to go see a cosmetic dentist/ortho if that's what I want. I'm an adult, clearly this whole treatment was only for cosmetic purposes. My last set of attachments was not properly sealed and there's now food slipping underneath the attachment to where it's visible on my front teeth. I have a business conference I am attending and wanted to get this fixed before I go. Come to find out the douglasville office is closed on Mondays and Family Orthodontics is unwilling to get this corrected at any other location. Now I'm stuck with pink looking attachments on my front teeth for a week at a business conference and when this entire treatment is done I will have black triangles instead of perfect teeth.

I had the pleasure of visiting this office on 3/4/2022. They were able to schedule me in as a last minute. The service here was quick, convenient, respectful, and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend attending to this practice. Thank you all!

This Orthodontics is one of the worst in the area great at first then they got like 4 new dentist now they have another I went here and it always sucked

Douglasville location is a very friendly family oriented location. They handled all of my questions and concerns regarding my sons orthodontic needs. I would recommend this location to anyone that is looking for professionalism and friendliness for their loved ones!

I have been calling ... and they only leave me on the line but they do not attend me ... my son has to change his leagues since March and they had to put the brakers on his lower teeth. He needs a change of garters ... I am afraid that an infection could enter him ... I am waiting for an appointment for my son soon ... I am desperate

My daughter got "spacers" as they are called yesterday as we showed up on time (actually a couple of minutes early) she came out of the office very fast to tell me to come back in to schedule her follow up. I do not know how long this procedure is supposed to take but anyway I went in to ask why was it so rushed and wanted to make sure that the spacers were not just jammed quickly into my daughters mouth. The young lady at the front did offer for me to speak with someone and assured me that this was not a rush job. I opt to not talk to anyone and went ahead and made her next appointment. Well, THIS MORNING ONE OF THE "SPACERS" CAME OUT. I called the office just to have the CS rep tell me the office is closed today-Wednesday, but as I am looking at the website, it clearly shows that it is open. I did not argue with him, but now my child has to wait till Thursday to get the spacer replaced. It seems to me that it was a rushed job after all, she was sent out with no special instructions or info on how to care for them. Everybody in the office was getting ready to go and I understand it may have been the end of the work day, but proper care and service should have been given. I got off from my job early to bring my daughter to this appointment on time (which may seem like a very small detail or gesture to some) but I missed an hour of my work that ended up being for nothing because now I have to get her back to the office in the morning for the same service. Thanks a lot!

This was me and my daughter 1st visit. I was very impressed the first impression was great from the young lady who checked us in, she was very friendly and she also explained the process. The young lady who went over the treatment plan as well as the doctor was great as well. Very friendly and professional. The doctor was very personable and did not mind answering any questions that I had. Overall I am very impressed and I look forward to continuing my service at this location.

My son has been coming here for 2 years now. I HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF THE STAFF AT THE DOUGLASVILLE LOCATION IN PARTICULAR WITH ONE OF THE ASSISTANTS NAME "AUTUMN" SHE IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND USES INAPPROPRIATE LANGUAGE AROUND PATIENTS AND PARENTS. She enjoys calling the other assistants stupid and laughs it off. Like seriously that's so unprofessional. I don't understand how people like this even have a job here still.
