The staff is very welcoming, very knowledgeable and professional. Everyone wears a smile. The office is very clean and comforting. I had coffee while I waited, which wasnt long at all. And my son got a T-shirt for starting his services. I suggest anyone give them a call for their orthodontic needs.

Can't say much didn't have much experience with them but when I did the receptionist was rude and short. Second encounter told I had cancelled the appointment and the woman that answered the phone hung up on me. Really glad I choose to go to a different orthodontist at that point.

Family Orthodontics was amazing when my daughter needed braces at 9 years old. Now my son is 15, and receiving braces from Family Orthodontics. I recommend them to anyone needing an orthodontist.

I don't understand why this particular visit was a disaster. I can't chew solid foods at all because the spacer on my tooth is too thick, my teeth don't touch at all. So I'm limited to what I can eat. I called to complain. No one called me back to address the issue. I assume they just don't care.

Caroline has been with me and my braces journey. Never I have thought I would gain an amazing relationship with someone I would only see for one appointment every 6 weeks. She's always smiling and always has the best attitude towards me and others. It's sad to say that my journey is coming to the end. It was totally worth it to be able to have her work on my mouth. She's amazing!!! Go Vols!
