The staff is very welcoming, very knowledgeable and professional. Everyone wears a smile. The office is very clean and comforting. I had coffee while I waited, which wasnt long at all. And my son got a T-shirt for starting his services. I suggest anyone give them a call for their orthodontic needs.

I went yesterday for a consultation, my first time here, and I feel like they explained treatment as well as a payment plan very well. They told me how much my insurance would pay and how much I would be responsible for. I would definitely recommend this place

Absolutely delighted with the entire practice. I broke a permanent retainer Monday morning and decided to swing by the office in the afternoon. Even though it had been almost 10 years since my kids were seeing Dr Couch for their orthodontics, Lisa recognized me immediately and Gail wouldn't hear of making an appointment - We will get you in type of attitude. The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming it is just like family. You will not be disappointed in the quality of care and attention to detail. Less than an hour later my retainer was repaired and I was on my way...It actually took longer to renew old friendships than the fix - Almost everyone has been there "forever" perky and clearly happy. How refreshing. Grateful to be considered a friend and family member of the practice. Thank you all.

Family Orthodontics is the best place to go! They are so helpful and they have the most caring staff members. Dr. Couch is an amazing orthodontist he respects you and takes care of all his patients. When I visited for the first time they walked me through everything that needed to be done. You don't feel rushed at all. I would highly recommend going to them for a consultation to get braces!

So far we're just starting treatment. I went to 4 diff places to get quotes. Only 1 was wildly different. But between the other three, this was the one place willing to work with me on the price and time to get it done. Also this one felt the best. Yes I'm talking about vibe which is kinda foofy but it's important to me. They felt more trustworthy.
