The staff is very welcoming, very knowledgeable and professional. Everyone wears a smile. The office is very clean and comforting. I had coffee while I waited, which wasnt long at all. And my son got a T-shirt for starting his services. I suggest anyone give them a call for their orthodontic needs.

The absolute worst orthodontist office out. The receptionist has a nasty attitude. The other attendants act like they don't want to be there. They never have convenient appointments. They need to do better!! We are paying them for a service! Treat your paying patients with respect and integrity!!! Thank you

The tech that I had today was amazing! She was courteous and professional. I was an add on today and was a little late and everyone was understanding and it was refreshing because this office has been struggling due to the constant office changes with staff and doctors. So today was awesome and I appreciate it.

This place was fine at first but the ever changing staff and doctors is becoming too much! Sat in the office for a visit for a whole hour!!! Only to watch others who came in after me get seen. I spoke with the front desk clerk to express my concerns and was told those people were here before me as if I don't understand logic of first come first serve. Please... I can see who's coming and who signs in. Then she tells me they have a difficult patient. Really... so a whole hour for one difficult patient? Let's just say after my complaint my daughter was brought back immediately. Let's not even discuss the finance department. Originally told my insurance would cover but they weren't sure the amount and to just sign the payment schedule to start the process. Everything was fine the first couple of months then all of a sudden money is being deducted from account. I discussed this and was told the i would be refunded and payment request wasn't sent to insurance in time. Guess what? It's still being deducted and nothing of a explanation from them! Not sure what's going on but it looks like I'll be searching for a new Ortho!

Great office staff and friendly. Went for a consultation and it was great. They discussed next steps, financial planning, and more. My only complaint is we waited over an hour for our consultation and no one told me with what was going on. I had to inquire on my own. Overall, I would definitely use them for my oral needs.

We love everyone there. We've been going there for over 2 years now and recently moved but I couldn't see myself switching offices so I drive 1 hour and 26 minutes gladly just for the Conyers location. My son and I love them so much !

Terrible service. They did not call us back as they promised. We called and followed up, but they give us so much attitude and passed us around to whomever and did not solve the issue everytime, and put on hold for at least 30 min. It put my child going to the clinic after 5 Mos instead of 3 Mos cycle. After we called again for the 10th time and on hold forever. Then they put the on blame us for not reaching out. Service was awful. Negative star rating is more deserved.

I have been going to this location over 3 yrs now. Had a issue in april with one of the assistant pertaining my child. Spoke to MS. Mary R and she made my child and me comfortable as my child was scared from the last visit and didn't want to go back to this location .Mary R is the bomb she listens ,and she focused on my concerns she understood everything and you can tell no sides were chosen it was like she was in my shoes. She was very professional, respectful and kind .Because of Ms. Mary I will continue to come here. Mary R is awesome ,she rocks .Mary is the best the whole office needs to be like her .Thank you Mary for listening and caring and also understanding, great service .Mary is the Best.

Awesome staff and they are always friendly. Shimon has been doing my adjustments since I've been there and she's very kind/informative. She also makes sure my braces are as comfortable as possible before leaving. 10/10 would recommend!

On my last visit, I waited almost an hour before I was seen. They only saw me because I inquired about the delay. It was like they forgot I had an appointment. Very disappointed.

They gave me mixed reviews when I had issues. For how much I payed I shouldnt deal with these issues. My back teeth were not aligned with my other teeth and I got back brackets cause I was told I needed them but then they fell and I was told they weren't going to put them back on. I think they were being lazy

Doesn't deserve a star!! Worst decision ever!!! The changing in staff, no staff, the office calling to reschedule or cancel appointments at the last minute is simply unacceptable and unprofessional. Not to mention all of the broken brackets that kept popping off. They use poor quality equipment and then try and charge extra when brackets come off! Sit and wait in the waiting room over an hour before being seen was ridiculous! I was told in consultation my son would only be in braces for 18 months, however after 18 months into treatment and no change in his teeth, I was told by the new doctor it would be an additional 18 months. I was also told my son didn't have wisdom teeth only to find out at his new orthodontist that he does in fact have wisdom teeth. Finally asked to be released from their care and was told I would get a full refund...Primary and secondary insurance paid them $3500...their full refund was $600... I was informed that their fees had to be taken care of. Ha! This place is a joke! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING OR TAKING THEIR CHILD THERE! TOTAL WASTE OF ANYONES TIME!!!!

When my kids first got braces in 2020 everything was good. Then one of my kids brackets just kept coming off and the dentist started to blame the child for not properly brushing or eating hard foods. I started taking notes we don't eat hard foods and my son is home schooled so he is withe 24-7. I brought my concerns to the staff and got every excuse as to why this was happening. Today my son was doing virtual school and bracket with glue fell right out. I called the contact center 5 times and you can't get in contact with anyone there. Even when I went there to speak to the actual DR. I was told oh we will try something different and the brackets fell out again and still NEVER spoke to who is in charge only relayed a message. I will stop making payments and take him somewhere else they do not care.

Everything was fine first, but dealing with this office lately has been a complete night mare. The new 'office manager' Ashley is intolerable and not helpful whatsoever. She fails to grasp the concept of customer recovery and lacks empathy. I have been here for 3 years, and in one day because of Ashley they have lost the business of both me and my daughter. They have a high turnover rate in staff in general.It sucks because the hygienists and assistants that are still there are super sweet. PLEASE STAY AWAY!
