The staff is very welcoming, very knowledgeable and professional. Everyone wears a smile. The office is very clean and comforting. I had coffee while I waited, which wasnt long at all. And my son got a T-shirt for starting his services. I suggest anyone give them a call for their orthodontic needs.

All about money. No straight up real answers to real questions. My baby still has baby teeth to lose but say my baby need braces.. Make it make sense..

First red flag I found this office for my son who needed braces. He received treatment but about a couple weeks into it his gums started swelling. Called they told me to make sure he kept up with his oral hygiene and flossing which we were already doing. Gums continued swelling, bleeding and were painful for him. Next visit I mentioned it to the assistant she told me he just has bad oral hygiene and needs to keep up with flossing. Btw I'm a dental assistant so I keep up with his oral hygiene. I mentioned if he could possibly have a metal allergy and she blew me off. Finished treatment and after his braces came off within an hour all swelling was going down. He had a metal allergy to the braces that they failed to notice. Second I decided I needed ortho treatment. I went to the office for an evaluation, down payment for my treatment and set up the payment plan. They did the scans and noticed I needed to see a TMJ specialist and referred me out. I paid out of pocket for the scans and had them sent over to their office. They called me and told me I would not be able to do ortho treatment until I had my other dental issues fixed. Now I'm trying to get a refund for treatment I haven't received and have been making monthly payments on since March. I've called multiple times, sent emails and been to the office in person. When I spoke to the office manager in person she said I she will put the payments on hold and call me back to find out if I can receive a refund. I also asked her to send me my scans that I paid for to my email so I can send them to the TMJ surgeon I'm seeing in September. I have not received the email. Now money again is still coming out of my account. I can never get a call back from this place. The office manager should have given me my money back when I came in to the office. They nor I know what is going to happen in the next year when I'll even possibly be able to receive treatment for ortho after I'm finished with my TMJ treatment which will take at least a year. I could move or my TMJ treatment could fix my jaw issues and teeth alignment. Why do I have to continue to pay for something I haven't received? Why can't I get back my money? I will be contacting a consumer right attorney and filing a complaint with the Georgia dental board.

This was an excellent choice for my round two of Ortho (I've been to the Smyrna location so this was the next option). The staff is polite and welcomes you with a warm greeting once you open the door (so needed with all that we have been dealing with in this world!). The Doctor was thorough and enjoyed my humor. Grateful that the financial lady did a complete breakdown and provided me with an option that would surely work for my budget. Thank you for an amazing introduction experience to my round two journey of braces! I highly recommend

This office and staff is the worst! My daughter gotten braces done here starting at their Douglasville location and the dentist who now is no longer with them closed my daughter teeth leaving her K9s in her head . Right before getting power chains another Dentist who was filling in from the Austell office decided to X-ray her before putting on power chains where she discovered the office had closed her teeth without pulling the K9s down so she then had to have surgery where they removed the teeth out her head but she would lose them forever. They also agreed to cover the entire cost . Since then they have been trying to bill her insurance for the cost of the surgery as if I wouldn't know. Since they couldn't get the money they have stop seeing her after I have basically paid for the entire treatment. I been calling and leaving messages and no one returns my call. Finally got in touch with Gisele in billing and she was very rude and claim she doesn't know anything or have anyone she can refer me to. She also stated that their office manager left them last week so they don't even have a manager. So basically my money was wasted and my daughter mouth was permanently damaged . I don't recommend any of their offices at all! These people are rude and obviously not fit to be practicing.

My first Orthodontist appt for one of my littles . I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Sheila for my daughter's consultation. She explained everything so well to me. Educated me on the position of the braces and did not make me feel stupid about my curiosity. Thank you Sheila!

The bedside manner of the doctor is subpar. She advised that they only put the top braces on first and that you cannot have clear braces on the bottom. I asked for further information on why they do it this way and she simply said its how we do it. I had to go and do my own research to get these questions answered, instead of her throughly explaining this to me. My regar dentist questioned this as well. I show up for my appointment today and they don't have internet but want me to call in to reschedule. No one called/texted/emailed anything that they didn't have internet. They have a corporate call center that could have sent out info about this. I took time off work to come here and this is ridiculous to be on hold for over 30 minutes.

My 1st experience was awesome. Dr. Brooks gave me all the information I needed for my Invisaligns. Ms. Glover was very professional and gave me all the information I needed for my cost and support if I had any additional questions. I'm very happy with the customer service.

Awesome staff and they are always friendly. Shimon has been doing my adjustments since I've been there and she's very kind/informative. She also makes sure my braces are as comfortable as possible before leaving. 10/10 would recommend!
