Dr. Das has been exclusively practicing orthodontics for over twelve years, and has successfully treated thousands of children, teens, and adults with braces, and strives to stay on the cutting edge of the latest orthodontic advancements. In order to provide the best possible care to her patients, Dr. Das regularly attends continuing education courses and is a proud member of the American Dental Association, the Connecticut State Dental Association, the Hartford Dental Society, the American Association of Orthodontists, and the Northeastern Society of Orthodontists.
Dr. Das graduated from the Honors Program of Boston College where she earned her undergraduate degree. She went on to attend the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine in Farmington where she obtained her Doctorate of Dental Medicine. In pursuit of excellence, Dr. Das chose to complete her orthodontic training in Seattle at the University of Washingtons prestigious Department of Orthodontics, where she was able to train amongst the very best in her field.
Dr. Das has established her roots in Avon with her husband, daughter, and two sons. When Dr. Das isnt changing smiles, youll find her out on a hiking trail, enjoying time with friends and family, and trying to sneak in some HGTV.

Dr. Das and her office provide terrific service and are a pleasure to work with. Dr. Das was able to squeeze me in to be seen and I had a great experience with her team. The office is very clean and comfortable.

My daughter was a transfer patient to Dr. Das. The first orthodontist we started with to have her braces put on was awful- every other day a bracket was broken or falling off. Thankfully after we switched to Dr. Das and along with her wonderful office staff everything went smoothly. Scheduling appointments and retainer fitting was easy. The office is clean, colorful and always welcoming. So glad we found this office!

Highly recommend Dr. Das - she and her staff are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and especially during the pandemic we feel safe there. My daughter had her first round of braces and was young when they first went on (7) and Dr. Das was patient and supportive, especially during the tougher appointments. I decided to look into Invisalign and was very happy with their communication and all the details. Couldn't see us going anywhere else!

I truly have never had such a pleasant experience with any type of medical staff before. Every contact made with Dr. Das' office, whether it was on the phone or in the office, was welcoming, kind, and informative. Every effort was made to ensure that I felt comfortable and understood all that was being done. I believe that you can tell a lot about a doctor by how well trained their staff is and how helpful they are in meeting your needs. Judging by the treatment I received, Dr. Das and her staff are exemplary!

Dr. Das is great! She doesn't talk down to the kids and answers all of their questions. She genuinely cares. Jen is so sweet and thorough with everything. We couldn't ask for a better team. We are so happy to have our family at Family Orthodontics!

We love Dr. Das and the amazing staff. They take their time to explain everything not only to me, but to my 14 yr old. He is kept in the loop which I've found many other places don't do. I couldn't be happier and will be bringing all my children here!
