The staff is very welcoming, very knowledgeable and professional. Everyone wears a smile. The office is very clean and comforting. I had coffee while I waited, which wasnt long at all. And my son got a T-shirt for starting his services. I suggest anyone give them a call for their orthodontic needs.

Won't help you if you haven't gotten braces from them. Even if you're new to town and need to find a place to get new retainers/ replacement/ repair, they won't take you on as a patient unless you're going to pay to get a full set of braces.

I really really hate to give a one star review. I absolutely love the dentist and his nurses. I love the location and how it is set up. But the problem is the woman up front is making it unbearable to continue to be a patient here. I wish I didn't have to leave a one star but I swear her attitude and professionalism is such a bad representation of this office.

I really hate leaving this review, but want others informed. We love the orthodontist and the staff at the practice. I have two kids at the practice and won't bring my others because it's very difficult getting appointments. The website says they are open 5 days a week but only actually are open on Wednesdays. This started prior to covid because the doctor had to cover a practice where there had been a death...at least that's what we were told. We were led to believe it was temporary but it's been a way more than a year- maybe 2 and there are no changes still. Appointments are just handed to kids since parents are discouraged from coming in....Wednesday is the only option! Ours was set to come during spring break and we didn't realize. There is no recourse to change but wait a month. I asked to go to another office since they have many locations listed buys we were told that's not allowed without paying for a new patient consultation. So we are stuck. We have two who younger kids who will need braces and unless they change the appointment schedule practice they will lose our business.

The office staff and doctor are great at the Acworth, GA location. My 1 star goes to the customer service line. They are always in a hurry and sound annoyed to take the call. They do not try helping at all. Very poor customer service.

Amazing, Affordable, Attentative 3 children have had braces here over 11 years and the service has always been perfect. Everything is clean, sanitized, and a positive environment over all. The one time we had an issue with it was handled immediately. No issues with the braces just 1 small issue with accounting and it was handled quickly and efficiently by Barb. I highly recommend this office. My youngest grew up in these offices now he is in his final stage of braces. I'd give them a higher rating if I could.
