Hi, my name is Hannah. Ive been a Dental Assistant for two years now and I absolutely love it. My favorite thing about what I do is helping people of all ages with their amazing smiles. It makes me so happy to see anyone smile, but to see our patients bright and clean smiles on their way out of the office is one of my favorite things in the world! Dont tell the doctors, but my favorite food is ice cream!! I also love art and when Im not at work Im usually in the mountains taking pictures.

I have had the worst experience with dr.Joshua M Bateman. He told me that he could get my front tooth crown on in about 4 months, I need a bone Bone graph so he recommended me to a very professional Doctor, Dr Jenkins, which he (Dr. Jenkins) did a wonderful job with my implant well I need it to heal for 4 months as I return to see dr. Bateman he multiple times could not get the crown to fit even leaving to big caps on top and my crown sticking out about 1/8 of inch well if that wasn't enough as I asked him questions he would just ignore me to make He even went as far To blaming doctor Jenkins That the implant was loose To make the long story short I went to a different Doctor which is very professional the only thing good about family legacy is their staff they were very nice. I definitely do not recommend this place

I have been coming to this office or as long as I can remember, and I still liv i've been coming to this office for as long as I can remember, even after moving away nearly 20 miles, I still come back because of the staff and the amazing work that they do. Dr. Josh has been my favorite dentist I've ever been to. He's very knowledgeable and personable. Angela is by far the best dental assistant in the state.

This place is a scam. If you have medicaid no matter the condition of your teeth, they will insist on a deep cleaning that insurance will not pay for. They require sedation for teeth cleaning which insurance will not pay for either.

The reason I give this dental office five stars is because of the friendliness of the staff behind the counter and dental hygienist but mostly because of Dr. Josh. All the dentists we have dealt with there have been great. Dr. Josh just happens to be your favorite. He knows how to make a kid feel important, heard, safe, and to treat them like they matter. It's adorable to see him interact with each one of my kids. My oldest is now 23 and my youngest is 10 and they have all been going to see this dentist since they had teeth. I love the Dr. Josh is a perfectionist. That's the type of dentist you want working in your mouth.

Dr. Josh does great work. I have a daughter who is super scared of dental work and he is so patient and goes above and beyond to make her comfortable and not scared.

My granddaughter came here when she was a baby and I loved it brought her back because I really enjoy how they take care of everyone they are honest they are fast they are wonderful they are respectful they are really nice people to be with I love this Dennis I wouldn't say any other way bring your kids bring your grandma bring your moms and dads they will take care of them like it's their own family

We love Legacy dental! We recently switched from a pediatric dental office and have been so impressed with Legacy. I love that they can service our whole family. They are so quick and efficient and the hygienists and dentists are attentive and knowledgeable.

I will NEVER go back to this dental clinic again NOR will I EVER refer anyone to them. In fact I will be sure to tell everyone to avoid them at all cause. I went in my face was swollen in a lot of pain, all I got was amoxicillin that did nothing because I've been in such severe pain I've been in the ER 3 times to the point theres not much more they can do for me. This clinic said they don't take my insurance and that the only place that did was placed in Salt Lake City and because I couldn't get to SLC they dare tried to charge me almost $500 before the doctor would prescribe me anything further for pain or remove the teeth. I called my insurance company and come to find that I'm fully covered through dental and there are numerous dentists all throughout the state that take my insurance infact there are atleast 10 in Orem where I live. So the insurance company isn't thrilled with this place either and said they are just trying to take my money and so my insurance company pointed me to a dentist that will help but unfortunately I can't be seen till Tuesday and it's Saturday. I'm in so much pain I'm on the verge of ending my life and all these leaches care about is their money. DO NOT GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES . If you ever end up on the verge of killing yourself because of teeth pain and are having the trouble I am and these people turn you away and treat you like this I hope your families will sue them for every dime. I know mine will . Now I wont end my life even tho it's tempting right now but if someone ever did because of negligence and greed from people like this then they deserve to be sued from those families bleed them dry. I was also told to report them for what they did. Screw this place.

I have the hugest fear of the dentist because of the worst experience I had back in Hawaii. Kiersten was amazing at easing my fears, keeping me calm & being very informative and sensitive to what I needed done. This clinic is seriously the best! They were able to get me in the next day to extract a tooth that has been causing me so much pain. Sheila & Dr. Bateman did a wonderful job & made sure I was okay & comfortable the entire time. 10/10 recommend!!

I had to switch my daughter's dentist cuz of a really bad experience i will not be going back never again .. and just to let everyone know that it looks like the dentist nurse it the boss they way she speaks to the clients and the way she speaks to the dentist his self it's like is she was running the place and the dentist was assisting her not her the dentist . but the staff in front are great people changed my daughter dentist and she loves her new places
