I've been going here for three years now and every time it is a great experience. Ashley, my hygienist always pays attention to detail and shows empathy as my teeth are very sensitive. Dr Edelmann was efficient and thorough with great advice for the future of my teeth. I highly recommend this office. Front desk always very friendly and never a long wait

Don't waste your money or time with this office. They max out your insurance & still charge thousands of dollars. Was told on more than one occasion would receive "complimentary cleaning" after dental work complete. Received a phone call the morning of appointment that "insurance maxed out" and the cleaning, x rays etc would need to be out of pocket. When I told them I would be going somewhere else- she responded "OK I'll deactivate your account" and hung up on me. After spending over $5000 + interest - this is how they treat patients. Save your money & shop around!!!!

Total lies!!!!! My first visit here they tell me they can not repair Or replace a loose bridge due to it not being their work . They said it has to fall about on its own to be able to repair. 2nd visit bridge fell out and they now tell me I have a cavity and are unable to repair due to this as the surface will be off so they quote me for a "glass tooth " which is actually a crown 10,000 to replace both of my bridges. They can do a temporary fix so I can decide what to do . 2 hrs later it falls out and I am told it's "temporary fix" $200 non refundable but I did get care y credit me back . T I find my original dentist who did my original bridge 19 yrs ago ... had to wait over 2 weeks and in that time I used the temp bond from Walgreens ( lasted 4 or more days and just rebound till I can see my amazing dentist... but unfortunately it fell out while eating and I bite the tooth and broke the false tooth ugh !!! But I finally get in with the dentist from 19 yrs ago who did my original bridge and guess what they tell me no cavity!!! And repair the chip in the false tooth and formed bridge back and it's good as new so stay far away from family and implant Dentisry they only want you to spend more money ... so glad I found my dentist from 19yrs ago who did the original job!!! Family and implant dentistry is a complete joke and full of lies !!!!

Highly recommend! Ashley gave me the best cleaning I've ever had and Dr. Edelmann was thorough and gentle with her exam. My teeth look noticeabley whiter and feel clean. The staff and dentist were professional and compassionate. They took the time to show me the pictures and X-rays of my teeth and explained the upcoming treatment. Very happy I came here!

I came here because of a flier I recieved in the mail. The people in this place acted like used car salesmen. They tried to sell me a root canal and several crowns, saying we can talk about fillings later. I just had a filling on the tooth that supposedly needed a root canal. The cavity was deep but unless more than 30% of the tooth is gone it should just be a filling. The only thing corporate owned dentistry is concerned about filling is their coffers. Take advantage of that flyer in the mail, then seek a second opinion by a dentist who is NOT owned by the same corporation. It has saved me not just money, but my dental health as well- root canals should only be used as a final option because they usually fail within 10 years! This place should be investigated!

So 4 years ago I posted a great review; however, I'm here to edit this. I went to them for years, trusting them to take care of me and my family; however, in Jan 2021, this all changed. They hit my trigeminal nerve when doing some anesthesia, leaving me in some of the worst pain I have ever felt. I went back 2 weeks later complaining of pain to get told this was a sinus issue. This went on with a lot of back and forth, with them doing more work than was necessary, and continuing to brush off my complaints. After a couple months, seeing mutiple doctors, and to have them shove me off repeatedly, I am done working with them and have moved on. I am not the only person this has happened to and know of other cases in the area. Also, they continue to push more work than needs to be completed, stating my daughter needed additional work when she hasn't had a bad checkup at a dentist in years. Please take caution and if you are experiencing anything off or pain or anything, seek another opinion. I waited and that left me in out of control pain for months while they fought me every step of the way to get this under control and figured out. I have tried multiple times to get my records, but that has been like "pulling teeth" and I still haven't received the documents requested.

I have used Premier Dentistry of Stuart to build and install four crowns. I am very grateful for the fine work that they did and I have had no trouble since. I felt no pain and appreciate how quickly they completed the work. I expect to have several more down in the weeks to come.

Wow! Super impressed with the service!!! The woman at the front desk was easy to talk to and helped me to figure out the best payment plan. As I waited for my appointment while filling out new patient paperwork, I could hear different people speaking in Spanish to certain patients. (A little bonus to know!) Within a few minutes of finishing my paperwork, I was brought back (maybe so quick because of limiting patients due to COVID). My hygienist Ashley was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. Besides the standard new patient x-rays, Ashley took pictures of any problem areas to show me exactly what was going on. Dr. Gegati was personable and knew I was on a tight budget. He gave me all the information I needed and told me what was really necessary and what we need to keep an eye on. I had no expectations going in (I received a flyer in the mail). Funny thing is, later that day I went to see my parents and told them I finally went to the dentist after 5 years (because of lack of dental insurance). My dad (who is not an easy man to please) immediately said, "I wish you had asked me. I found a really great place. They seem honest and do good work." Ready to answer in defeat that I choose a random dentist office, my dad began to describe the location. With a resounding, "YES! That's where I went," he gave me the nod of approval (a big deal for him). **I also want to note that ALL staff took precautions for COVID, and I even learned about some of the new policies they have in place to help keep everyone safe and healthy with our "new normal." This was a great experience!!! Highly recommend!

My husband had dental work done with what was then Premier Dental 4 years ago at great expense to us. Recently the work started coming apart. When he went to Dr. Casel he was told that even though there was a 5 year warranty on this work they wouldn't honor it because he had been to another dentist a couple years ago. They claimed it interfered with their work. My husband went back to the other dentist and they said there was nothing wrong with their work and it didn't in any way affect his problem. They said that it was coming apart due to bad lab work. So now even though it should be covered under the warranty it isn't. That is sooooo wrong as we are not people who have thousands to throw away on dentists. I suggest you think twice about using this dentist as he doesn't stand behind his work.
