Primary Care Clinics are required to submit an Annual Utilization Report of Primary Care Clinics by February 15th each year for the prior calendar year. Family HealthCare Network is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n). We offer services without regard to religion, race, color, national origin, disability, age, sex, and number of pregnancies, and do not impose a duration residence requirement, nor do we require that the client be referred by a physician.

Family HealthCare Network expands into Fresno County by assuming operation of three new sites including the Deran Koligian Ambulatory Care Center, Surgical Center, and Disease Management Center. The expansion results in the addition of 12 new specialties offered by FHCN.

Family HealthCare Network is ranked 5th for Covered California enrollment and 6th for Medi-Cal enrollment in the state of California (out of 831 enrollment entities) during the historical launch of the Affordable Care Act
