Staff are rude and cold overall, so definitely not the place to go for anyone with dental anxiety. Have to go here because it's the only place within our insurance. Super unfortunate.

I just went up to have my upper Teeth taken out but found out that my Insurance Company had not gotten back to the Dentist about the Extensions, I asked the Hygienist to check out why no Information on my Insurance she checked with the Dentist and Financial Assistant and the Financial Assistant comes in and informed me that I had Reach my Max Deductible and That her Assistant tried to contact me Yesterday but was unable to get ahold of me well Guess What I looked at my Phone and saw that there was no PHONE CALL to inform me about me reaching my Maximum Deductible my Question is WHY DIDN'T this get done sooner, and Why wait till the Day before to inform the patient This is VERY POOR MANAGEMENT ON THERE PART also I was called on Friday to make sure I was coming in for my Dental procedure

I had multiple fillings done on the top of my mouth due to damage from a car accident. After my second set of fillings I went straight into a cleaning which was extremely painful. During the cleaning the hygienist noticed a cracked filing which had just happened. I was told this was not an emergency and I could not make an appointment at that time. Since the work was done, just a couple of months ago. I have lost a large chunk of a silver filling they had placed and have had 3 other teeth break without consumption of hard or acidic food/drinks.

I can NOT express the wonderful care I've gotten from everyone that works here! From the ENTIRE staff right up to top management! Taking the time, patience and care to give me back my beautiful smile. If you want the BEST CARE POSSIBLE, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! They accept almost any care plans out there, including badger care and disability to regular insurance! Give them a try and I swear you won't find any better care! Thank you to the ENTIRE STAFF! YOU ARE SO NEEDED AND LOVED! THANK YOU THANK YOU!

My 21-year-old kid tells me it was the single worst experience with a medical type professional that they have ever had. I'm their mom, turn around. My kid has extreme anxiety from trauma around dentistry from their youth. They were actively crying when the doctor came in, and he just talked right over my kid. (The staff was very nice, but did not make up for the way this doctor behaved). Dismissive, rude, and unconscious. Read the room buddy!

I've taken several people here and myself. Everyone is so friendly and courteous. The dentists are great and almost painless ;) The only negative is waiting in the waiting room. Smells like a bar back in the day of stale cigarettes and it's rather difficult sitting next to someone who's just burned one prior to walking in.

Started out everyone was nice and friendly. I am on disability and fixed income so I thought they would help me take care of my tooth pain and work with me to pay for it. The amount I was told for the monthly was $45 well it turned out to be $100 which I can not afford. I paid two payments of $50 and someone called and said I needed to pay the full amount now or it goes to collection. It is now officially in collection and they are calling me daily to pay in full. I have tried multiple times to talk with someone about making payments I can afford but the manager Laurie will not return my calls. I also had several problems with the dentists. My first visit to Menomonie I was told to go see specialist in Ladysmith who told me to go back to Menomnie. I had to pay for both of these visits. Then I went in for the procedure and the dentist was very rude. I asked him to save a tooth he removed from a bridge and he did not. He was also very disrespectful about me asking for gas because of my anxiety. He basically made fun of me. Now there is a very sharp ridge on the back of the bridge now that I still need to get taken care of along with the fact that I am still in pain. The entire experience was a disaster and now they are going to ruin my credit rating! Not only did they not help me they made it worse both with my teeth and my wallet. I would only use them if they are free or you have to otherwise please look around.

Most of all, I am giving a single star since I came before 8 AM and waited until after 9 and had no chance to get my family member seen. So we had to leave and look for a different place due to the severity of the pain, and we really felt that the staff did not care about us. Second, I will be responsible and instead of writing bad comments, I will try to write some recommendations. You are part of our community and we really care about the quality of service in our community and we want you to be always better. 1. You can not just keep laughing and talking to each other while a patient is crying in front of your eyes due to a severe pain without doing anything. Show a minimum amount of humanness and do something about that. Talk to the patient periodically while waiting. 2. When you claim that you have an emergency service, you want to make sure that people who walk in with severe pain get seen within a practical and a realistic amount of time. You can not make patients wait for more than an hour and leave to a different place without been seen due to the unrealistic waiting time. 3. Think about any sort of safe painkiller that can be safely given to the patient who is having extremely severe pain while waiting. 4. Be professional and replay to your emails in a timely manner. 5. It could be me who has very high expectations, but if that means anything to you, I would consider my recommendations for future improvement of service. Thank you. Note: Just to be honest, a manager called me and talked to me and was very understandable and a good listener. I did appreciate that.
