I hadn't seen a dentist in over a year due to change in insurance and other life issues. I was expecting my cleaning to be painful but was totally surprised that they have earned the title "gentle". The entire staff and doctor were amazing!!!! I will definitely be going back!!! Thank you Family Gentle Dentists!!!!

I went in for the first time this morning for x-rays and diagnosis, therefore I'll update my review once they complete my procedures. I can definitely say that the people that helped me were amazing. Diana and Dr. Kizy both were so kind and thoughtful. They both made me feel cared for and showed empathy. I forgot the name of the finance woman who had helped me, but she was great also and saved me some money. Just a great overall first impression from someone who has been DREADING going to a dentist

This place is the worst dentist I have EVER been to. First, I was lied to about my insurance being in network. Then they tried to charge my insurance company for things I had already paid out of pocket for. I went to a different dentist and had NO issues at all. They were trying to charge me over DOUBLE the amount to fill two cavities when the other place filled 4 for way less. Lastly, after the fact they added a bunch of random charges on my account that I was unaware of before having work done and I was also told my cleaning and X-rays were completely covered then told afterwards that well "actually they are not". I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy and I will be reporting you guys!!

My visit was amazing . My first time here. Dr. Kizy is extremely knowledgeable he's a "teacher" and a doctor. He operates in the spirit of excellence He genuinely cared to inform me and saved me money. I was greeted with several options to assure I was comfortable by Hailey. She even offered me chap stick & squeeze balls. Dr. Harvinder is so polite, gentle and professional. She asked me had I ate, and gave me orange juice. Who do that! My billing was accurate and in order...by Meagan. She kept a beautiful smile . From my very first phone call with Leanne, I noticed her professionalism & caring gentle tone. I hung up impressed. She even called me back to inform me before hand This dentist office has raised the standard downriver. I "highly" recommend this location. Every one wore mask, it's clean and items are marked for sterilization for customer's. I felt welcome, at home safe physically & financially. They give quality service that's rare these days. I noticed everyone was treated the same and they have late hours. Family Gentle Dentist from my family to yours "THANK YU" you have exceeded my expectations. % Superb

I have vowed never to see another dentist after a few horror stories. Unfortunately, time takes it's toll on all of us and I forced to search for a dentist. I was very apprehensive and quite frankly a little bit scared when I walked into Family Gentle Dentists. Thank goodness they were as advertised "Gentle Dentists" because of my experience I decided never to go to another dentist office no matter what! They are great dentists with a great staff! I would give them a HUNDRED STARS if I could!

Zachary is my son and has a lot of anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist (runs in the family) so when he ended up with an abscess causing major swelling I made sure I did my research in choosing a dentist to take him to and was impressed with the reviews for Family Gentle Dentists. Well they did not disappoint, they made sure that we were both comfortable with what they needed to do to help him and as a mom I couldn't be more grateful to Dr Nick and the staff for everything from getting us a same day appointment so they could assess the situation to letting me sit in the room while they extracted the broken infected tooth. I highly recommend them for anyone who has major anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist, thank you!!!

I've been going to FGD for over a year. The staff is awesome and always explains the procedures and how much they will cost before they do them. I recently had an appointment and they have you call when your in the parking lot, if their not ready for you they will call you back and meet you at the door. You fill out your paperwork and they lead you to the area where your getting your teeth cleaned. They have you wash your hands and gargle with mouthwash then get to work. I felt very safe and comfortable from the beginning to end of my appointment. I recommend them all the time and will continue to do so. Keep up the great work. Update 2.5yrs later Aug 2022 Staff is still amazing and always so kind. You don't have to call anymore but you do have to wear a mask till you sit in the chair.
