Found them through my insurance provider and am very happy with them. Had root canal work done, and other prep work for a crown. It was efficient and painless! The staff was very patient, ( good for nervous dental patients!) the equipment was modern, and everyone who worked on me was genuinely pleasant, helpful, concerned and explained everything that was going on. And did I mention it was painless? The aftercare was great; I had a minor issue shortly after, and they followed up and took care of it promptly and expertly. This experience just might make me actually look forward to a dentist visit!

I drove from Columbia South Carolina to get a deep cleaning and extraction done. Family First Dentistry atmosphere was real vibrant, also the energy as well. Dr. Wiggins and Cliff took their time and was very patient, no rushing as most do but not them at all . They did my x-rays and gave me knowledge of what's going on and what was needed to be done today... I most definitely will be returning and referring people I know to Family First Dentistry. Y'all deserve around of applause plus a pat on the back.. Y'all did Awesome... Thanks Again

I'm a new patient and the staff was professional, courteous and on time. I was in and out of the door for an examination and cleaning within an hour and that's including the new patient paperwork. Very thorough, clean and new equipment!!!

Had an wisdom tooth extracted today 03/31/2021 I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO Good since I've been going to the dentist I haven't been to the dentist in about 13 years I DIDN'T FEEL ANYTHING I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK ME AND MY DAUGHTER GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I LOVE YOU GUYS

I just left from my visit today so what better time than to leave a review. This dentist office is amazing. The best that I've ever been to... I was first seen by them through my military healthcare appointments. From then, I always requested this office. Dr. Wiggins and her team are so welcoming and sweet. They definitely get an 'A' in customer service. They are on time, patient and informative with any questions that you may have. I also love how everyone is very well knowledgeable. Every time that I've had an appointment, I've been educated on my unique situation, what to expect and even how much a future service will cost. They are very proactive in scheduling future appointments which makes me feel like they are considerate of my time. The name Family First is a perfect fit because of the love and support you can feel among Dr. Wiggins and her team, as well as how they pull their patients in and include them as if they're family too. I don't care what side of Atlanta I live on, I am a forever customer.

I've been going to them fl re the last 4 years. When I switched jobs I made sure I was still able to work with them, because I dont feel like a patient but like family. Great service, super thorough treatment and they have been really patient with me and my family. I highly recommend them.

Love it when my children were little this was their dentist and the the Dr. Wiggins for years. Now i come for my services and i lstill love the services. It has not changed professional loving warm atmosphere is still here.

I'm so disappointed I wasted my time sitting for 30 minutes for my appointment. I scheduled at a particular time so I would make it back to work. I will resume with my normal dentist even if it means paying out of pocket.The office area looks as if it hasn't been cleaned in months. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED
