I had my first exam today (24 August) since the pandemic. FFD is under new management with new dentist and staff. I give 5 stars all round for excellent service, procedures care and "attitude"! Thanks so much.I will without hesitation recommend Family First Dental to friends and family.

Grata experience. Dr. Saunders was very kind, thorough and receptive to adjusting to my pain. Will definitely come back again to see her!

This was by far the worst dental experience ever. The dentist whom worked on my root canal I was told is the owner of the office he was extremely rough and rushed. This isn't my first time having a root canal but this was the worst pain. He drilled my gums which is going to take some time to heel. When he put the numbing needle in he just jammed it in my gums and during the procedure when I told him I could feel it and it was hurting he just said it would be fine. I'm still in the worst pain my gums are so sore I would never recommend this office and will never return. I also didn't like the way he was talking to his staff whom all were very nice and helpful. Bottom line steer clear

Bad experience.. makes you sit in the waiting room for an hour only for them to cancel on you because the Dentist has to go pick up her kids.. extremely unprofessional and I will never go back there

Always a terrible experience Also have billed my insurance for things they haven't done. Issues that I went for that were supposed to be corrected/fixed we're only made worse. Poor quality of work! Probably not the place you'd want to go to. Rs!!

Appointment was scheduled and i arrived early. They do not honor their appointment times. I've waited over 30 mins for my daughter to get seen . I like places that actually keep their appointment times . Front desk lady told me this is a regular occurrence that happens daily. It's a shame. If you are understaffed then that needs to be communicated to the client so that we can make appropriate accommodations for ourselves. I know if I'm late to an appointment they will immediately tell you to reschedule or that they can't do it since your late, what do consumers get when they are the ones not honoring the time. First and Definitely last time I'm coming to this place. I really don't have time to make an appointment and then wait over 30 mins to be seen. I expected to make an appointment and for me to be seen around my appointment time. I bet if I got to NWDC I'll get better service delivered.

First time i was in there ... They treated me like im one of thier own meaning u feel welcomed and safe and The Dr was gentle as ever

This place had me and my fiance sitting in their lobby for 45 minutes before telling us they were closed. I have my appointment and confirmation for the 12th but they gone talk about no it's for the 13th. Bottom line, sooooo unprofessional they need their attitudes checked in there.
