Dr. Al Attar was everything my fiance said he would be. I hate going to the dentist, but Dr. Al Attar was so comforting and knowledgeable. The staff was super friendly. They were well worth the drive to Leesburg from Winchester and accepted my insurance.

Family First has been meeting my dental needs for longer than I can remember. The practice has highly qualified staff from the front desk to the dentist chair. Everyone is highly competent, friendly and professional.

Dr. Al -Attar is nothing but a great dentist! No more words needed! I feel comfortable with him and he takes cares of the patient's feelings! He knows that people may not like the dentist chair and gives all the effort to share the anxiety with you! I am sooo glad i found him and Family First Dental that i recommend them to my colleagues and Workforce as wwll!

DO NOT GET ROOT CANALS from this dentist!!! 5 years ago I went in for tooth pain on one of my back molars. I told them which tooth I thought it was. The doctor banged on my teeth and said no it's the one behind. They ended up doing a root canal on the wrong tooth and they got a FILE stuck in one of the canals. They stopped in the middle of it and sent me to a specialist who told me my tooth was so angry and gave me percocet. So thankful they did because that was the worst pain I've ever had! The specialist finished the root canal but didn't know if it would take. She also told me I needed a root canal on the tooth next to it which was the one I thought needed it originally! Family First does a root canal on that tooth and I pay a hefty bill for two teeth when it should've been one. 5 years later I lose a crown while eating and decide to go to a new dentist since I can't trust Family First. I find out both teeth are infected. I got back to a specialist who tried to retreat the tooth with file. I end up with the same pain I had the first time and the tooth could not be treated so I had to pull it. The other tooth failed because they only filled 3 canals not 4!!! I retreated that tooth and I'm hoping for the best. I am now missing a tooth, waiting on an implant and hoping the other tooth takes this time. Cost me another 7-9k and Family First said they have no liability!

My daughter has been coming here for a couple of years I have never had an any issues until today. I had to cancel my appointment because I had a family emergency I talked to Katia she was extremely rude her tone of voice and what she said. She said I try to cancel it but if I can't we charge $75 it's my first time there as a patient with different insurance and first time ever canceling. I told her I didn't want to pay and why would they charge if someone has a family emergency I didn't know this was going to happen. She said I'm just letting you know what might happen but she was so rude I told her can I change my appointment for tomorrow and she said no I don't have anything and you will have to be put on the waiting list she said let me hang up so I can get someone I only have an hour she was so rude she was not empathetic with the situation at all terrible customer service.

Awesome place for your dental work. No fear of dental work done to my teeth :-) Everyone is extremely pleasant. If new to the area, I definitely recommend Family First Dental.

The people there and the dental work are terrific. We don't live close, but Dr. Buro, Dr. Aledor, and Tiffany are so caring. It's worth a long drive to get the consistent service they provide. I highly recommend them.

They are amazing. I am hoping everything I would like to have done with them gets approved so I can continue to see them. They put my fears I have of Dentists at ease. Great second opinion. They listened to what I would like to get done per my type of insurance.

It was a great experience,everybody was so helpful,I love the way that their explain about the procedure and the payment . Especially about the insurance,because some doctors tell you at the end . But there I have my bills clear. Their are so friendly also.

Dr.Buro is the very finest dentist in the D.C. Metro area. He has great technical skills and a wonderful "bedside" manner. He minimizes pain and discomfort while giving the latest in dental care. His staff are delightful. Renee is a kick and very competent. April is warm and very helpful. The cost of services is very reasonable. I am unequivocal in my endorsement of Family First.
