Dr. Mizner and Cindy were awesome today! The whole team is friendly and thoroughly make you feel comfortable. I had a small filling today and the whole thing was painless and easy! I highly recommended this office!

I've been blessed with a couple of situations with 3 of my children! The staff here has ALWAYS been very helpful and accommodating to these situations. And that alone makes my experience with them, far better than it truly could be! Not to mention the individual staff members are 5 star worthy as well! From the receptionists, all the way to the Dentists and everyone in between. I've never had a bad experience with anyone or anything at this office! I have 5 kids, ages 14, 10, 9, 1 and 1. The younger 2 have not yet been to the dentist. But I'm hopefully for a great visit when I do take them in for the first time. But my older 3 have never had a complaint or fear the dentist office visits. I truly think that is because of the good experiences that they have had here! 10/10 recommend!

I called to try and get my daughter seen for a severe toothache. First they told me they were sorry they didn't take Medicare or Medicaid. Neither of which we use. Then stated their doctors did not take emergencies on this day. We were never offered a different day or time. Very snotty, rude, and disrespectful.

I've had various dentists as I've moved around the country and Family First has become my favorite. Dr. Mizner and his team are all very friendly and go above and beyond to take care of me and my family.

Had my teeth cleaned here Monday by Lena. She did a very good job. I would recommend Dr. Romero at Family First Dental to anyone who needs a good dentist in Columbus.

If you just want your teeth cleaned and can get past the shortened hours and random cancelations from vacations etc - this may be the place for you. However, be warned everyone needs braces or something of the sort and everyone needs their wisdom teeth pulled - it doesn't matter how straight your teeth are or if you've ever had problems with your wisdom teeth.

What a great experience! Lindsay is an excellent hygienist. I look forward to seeing her every 6 months. Dr. Mizner is thorough and personable, he really gets to know his patients. I have never felt more comfortable in a dental office. So glad to call them my providers!

I would recommend Dr. Mizner and his staff to anyone!! After not going to the dentist for many years (more than I would like to admit), I felt at ease. They didn't make me feel bad for not keeping up with dental cleanings. My 3 year old also sees Dr. Mizner. He is great with children.
