Very poor customer service, I've had many problems with the lady's working the phones. I call to try to cancel an appointment and it goes in one ear and out the other. My next issue is when they charged me for not showing up when I already told them days in advance I couldn't make it in. My last problem is when I get put on hold for 10 minutes just to see if they are open.

I am so happy that my co-workers suggested your office. Everyone was very friendly and pleasant. There was no sales pitch that I should have other dental work done besides my cleaning. I loved that! I will see you again in 6 months. Thank You!

Dr. Leo's (only) assistant is an unprofessional, feckless, nasty woman. The rest of the staff was great - sadly this was a deal breaker for me. Beware.

I had a pleasant greeting from the receptionists upon entering the waiting room. The dental hygienist was prompt and professional and provided a top notch cleaning and oral exam. Dr. Leo also was professional and provided an excellent oral exam. I would recommend this dental office.

Very friendly staff from the moment you walk in . Dr. Leo is amazing, fast and considerate. He makes sure your comfortable at all times. That also is true with the hygienists. No pain and always a pleasure.

I have always had an awesome experience I'm always in and out. The office staff is awesome and my 4 year old son has his first ever appointment here and they made him feel so comfortable he was not scared at all !!! I would recommend family first dental to anyone looking for a new dentist!!

With staffs care and Doctor's flexibility and excellent skill, one phone call on my only off-day took care my dental cleaning and bad tooth filling problems. Everyone's efforts made this special day happened. i am very appreciated.

Dr Leo and his staff are amazing! They take the time to get to know you, listen and treat you like family. Dr Leo's work is amazing and his attention to detail is second to none. I love going to the dentist now! Thank you Dr Leo and staff! Highly recommended!!!

Been going here for ~8 years with whole family. They are like a family themselves and service is great, professional, and kind. Dr Leo has a good team.
