Below is our New Patient Package that you will need to complete on your first visit. You can expedite matters by downloading the package, completing it at home and handing it to our staff when you arrive for your initial visit to our office.
Your first visit to our office is designed to get you better acquainted with all we offer as well as introduce you to our caring staff. On your first visit, we will review your medical and dental histories and evaluate your oral health. We will take digital x-rays of your teeth and explain to you whether or not you will require any dental treatment.

My family and I have been going to Family Dentist for over 10 years. I cannot recommend this office enough. The bedside manner of each dentist here is amazing, calming and comforting. The receptionists in the front are also extremely helpful with insurance questions and scheduling.

OMG what an amazing practice. I broke my front tooth Monday night. Tuesday afternoon I was in the chair, having it fixed. Clean office and friendly staff made me so comfortable. All the Covid 19 precautions in place. It was amazing and pay free for this dental chicken. My tooth has been fixed. Dr Renny and all his staff will take amazing care of you and ensure it is pain free. 1000% recommend Family Dentists, Dr. Renny and all of his staff amazing!!!

I highly recommend Family Dentist. The office is very clean and the staff at the front desk are professional, kind and incredibly helpful. I've been a patient of Dr. Renny's for years and recently had some cosmetic work done to improve my smile. Dr. Renny mapped out the best possible plan for me that was also cost efficient. The dental hygienists are very thorough and wonderful. I actually don't mind my trip to the dentist at all. If you are need for a great dentist Family Dentist it!

Dr. Renny of Family Dentists is great! Excellent dental care, takes time as needed and nice. I loved my prior dentist who I went to for years, but he retired. So glad I found Dr. Renny! Fair Lawn, NJ location.

Dr. Renny is great. But dont accept my insurance even his office does. Other dentist in there is just busy with paperwork.

If I can give this place more hen a 5 star I would. They SAVED MY LIFE. They did not part with my dental insurance but after hearing how desperate and uncomfortable I was on the phone they found a way to fit me in. I saw Dr.Remmy and not only did he do an amazing job he was such a humble man. I always hear about doctor's going above and beyond to take care of their patients but have never seen it until I met him on that day. The staff even handled finding me an emergency oral surgeon appointment so I can go right after. The staff is amazing and Dr.Remmy is truly a one of a kind physician. Forever grateful for how they all handled me that day and I'm definitely going back !!!

Great staff, and top notch dentistry, Dr. Renny is a diamond in the ruff. One can't say enough about the great care you receive when you're treated by Dr. Renee and his staff. If you have any dental issues, I would highly recommend you make an appointment.
