I haven't even been in the place and I don't plan to be. I called and spoke to a lady (this has been my 15th dentist office I have called- The others don't do payments or don't have any openings) I explained I went to another dentist and I am having a lot of pain and discomfort with one of my teeth that they worked on. My original dentist can't get me in for 3 more weeks. WHY did your employee tell me that "If another dentist has done work then I won't find another dentist that will touch it" That makes a lot of sense. According to Fanily Dentistry there's no such thing as new patients. If you've had work done then they don't want you!! Don't waste your time with a place that has ZERO interest in helping you.

Worst place we've ever gone!!! My 10yr old had an abscessed tooth. Waited a day, in agony to be seen and the idiot male dentist there told me to buy him a bite guard because he probably grinds his teeth!!! Took him to another dentist the next day, another day spent in agony, again 10yrs old. I was told by the new dentist he had a severely abcessed tooth. She was shocked any dentist would've sent us away! Within 2hrs of leaving the office of a competent dentist he felt ALOT better! I wouldn't go here, and no way in hell I'd bring my children back if you paid me!!!!!!

Everyone in this office is super sweet and helpful. The hour drive was worth it. They helped me relax and not be scared. I had 2 teeth pulled and 1 filling done. The doctor was very compassionate in understanding my fear. This office will be our family dentist for life. A sincere thank you from Michelle Randle

Very thankful that we have this wonderful practice right here in town. The entire office is very nice (office, waiting area, xray, patient rooms) and the entire staff was wonderful, to say the least. No one wants to go to the dentist but this practice makes your visit as easy and pleasant as possible.

Love this dentist! I had 18 cavities, night guard made, a root canal and crown put on here. Many visits to fix all my teeth, and never had a bad experience. The dental hygienists are great as well, and are gentle. Root canal process was good, and they made sure I was numbed completely. I recommend this dentist to anyone looking for a good one!

The new dentist is awesome! No more sending you away for extractions and pushing nothing but crowns on you.... Finally a really knowledgeable, friendly and experienced dentist available in Urbana!!

Love going here. Always able to get all 3 of us in at same time and out within an hour. Always thorough and have appointments for next check-ups before we walk out. Amy is a great office manager and I always look forward to going in and getting dental work done. The Dentist are super friendly. Dental Assistant do a great job and are gentle and friendly as well.
