While there are many wonderful things about Lexington that we celebrate, our city is perhaps best known as the place where the first shot of the American Revolutionary War was fired. There are many local sites dedicated to remembering the Revolutionary War, including the Lexington Common, or Battle Green, museums, visitors centers, and homes. Re-enactments are frequently hosted on the green, and the Hancock-Clarke House documents the role of Lexington in the revolution.

Dr. Thomas Puschak is a 1988 graduate of the University ofPennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. He has been practicing family dentistry in Lexington, MA since 1988. He prides himself on total family dentistry. Dr. Puschak has been veryinvolved in the local chapter of the American Dental Association since 1996; in addition to serving on numerous councils, committees and was even chair of the Middlesex District Dental Society. He hasserved on the localpeer review board and continues to hone his skillsparticipating infrequent continuing education classes and study clubs.
Carol began working for Family Dentistryin 1989 with Dr. Puschak as his dental assistant and office manager. She has taken a major part in the growth of the practice and has continued to provide the best care to all of her patients.
Anna is a graduate of the Forsyth Institute and has been a dental hygienist for 10 years and performs periodontal scaling treatments. She is bilingual and speaks Russian. Anna spends time raising her kids and enjoys ballroom dancing.

Dr. Puschak and Molly and the team are wonderful! They are extremely professional, well trained on all the new techniques, and do a fabulous job of adapting to patients individual needs. I talk to Dr. Puschak before I consider any changes to my teeth. He always presents me with options that are clearly explained. I highly recommend them!!

I've been a patient of Dr. Puschak for 20+ years. During that time, I've moved around a bit and it currently takes me about 2 hours to get to his office, but I will not go to anyone else. He is simply the best - a top notch professional, knowledgeable, helpful and compassionate. He always spends as much time with me as needed, and I never feel rushed. The office staff is equally as pleasant and helpful and will always fit you in if you have an emergency. I highly recommend both Dr. Puschak and the staff - all great people!

Thomas Puschak has been my dentist for 20 years. Even though I've moved, I still travel an hour drive to this practice because of the stellar service I receive from all the staff. I have deep trust in the doctor's expertise, and he's always been very patient, helpful and accommodating.

I have been a patient of Dr. Puschak since I was young, and I still see him when I come home because he is just THAT GOOD. He recently fixed a broken tooth perfectly, while also entertaining my energetic 2 year old by providing toys and even letting her feed the waiting room fish! This practice goes above and beyond with efficiency, professionalism and compassion.
