I went there to see the female dentist due to having some pain with my wisdom teeth. The dentist was very rude to me. Overall, very bad experience. I highly recommend going somewhere else.

I've been going to this dentist for a few years. When I first stared going here I really enjoyed it. The hygienists were awesome! Recently, I've had to see the actual dentist a couple times due to an accident. The first time I went there the dentist shamed me and made me feel horrible that I had not quit smoking yet, knowing I had a quit date in just a couple weeks. Literally saying "well why bother now? You're just not going to do if you continue to wait." Gee, thanks. I felt as though he finished the job quite quickly, for what it was. But I went with it, even though my tooth did feel weird. 3 days later the work they did gave out. They couldn't get me in for almost 2 weeks. I had the same dentist the second time going in. This time they spent much more time and did more things to my tooth than the last time. ?? Four days after that, their work gave out AGAIN on the same tooth! Time for a new dentist. I'm editing this review because in their reply to my review they broke HIPAA confidentiality by broadcasting the work I had done. They saw my name, looked up what I had done then posted it on an online review reply! Wow! I am very dissatisfied.

The only thing that this place has going is it's location compared to me. I've had multiple appointments cancelled on me last minute as when I'm in the dentists parking lot. Today I was told sorry for the bad luck but there is nothing thing we can do when I said this is the second time you cancelled my appointment with less than 15 minutes till I was supposed to be in. They'd charge me 100 dollars if I cancelled last minute like they do. Now I'm going on month number 3 of temporary filling falling out of my root canal and now I'm not scheduled for almost another whole month.

Awful! I had root canals done which was no problem but when it came to the temporary crownings. The dentist gave me four shots of novocaine and coming towards the end when the anesthetic is wearing off and the side of my mouth hurt he didn't give me more novocaine and kept going regardless of the amount of pain I was in. After everything is all said and done I'm finding a new dentist. The doc i saw didn't even speak a word to me the whole time. -_-

They put a crown on. Not very well. The cement is no longer there and it doesn't fit the tooth at all. Biting down feels like I'm being stabbed in the jaw by a hot knife thanks dr

I went to Family Dentistry several years ago, with dental insurance and a well padded Flexible Spending Account that would have easily covered the braces I was looking for. I spoke at length with the doctors and their billing "department" as to how everything was to be paid. I was assured that they would be able to work within the insurance parameters. Options were discussed. No Invisalign. No "white" braces, because they're "plastic" and will stain easily. Sadly, the only option they gave me was for the standard, all metal braces. Mind you, not a single doctor there is an orthodontist. So, from July through December of that year, I drove over an hour, each way, for many appointments involving x-rays, impressions, and the like. Also included was a standard dental appointment or two. Each time they worked through my insurance, and subsequently, through my Flexible Spending Account, and collected hundreds, if not thousands of dollars in fees. Each appointment was to be a step towards finally getting braces put on in December. They had to be placed before the end of the year in order for my Flexible Benefits to pay the additional $4,000 cost. By the second week in December, I unexpectedly had an infection and had to have antibiotics, and undergo what I thought was a root canal. Again, a process that billed through insurance and Flexible Spending. So, you know, it takes a couple of weeks. Wasn't a problem for them the previous 6 months. I then come back the last week of December for my set appointment to have my braces put on. As I come into the office, I'm ushered into the back and told they want the $4,000 upfront. Today. Or I don't get the braces put on. Now, I don't know if there was a change in people who handle the billing, but this was complete and utter nonsense. They try to say it's because I have a "large, outstanding balance". Umm, that would be the root canal. I assure them it had been submitted, and it's being processed. They say they know that, they've already checked. $4,000 or no braces. Period. I didn't have $4,000 to hand them. Since my Flexible Spending Account was a "use it, or lose it" by December 31st deal, guess what? They just screwed me out of the money I'd saved aside for the braces! Yeah, I held on to that payment for the root canal when it came in alright. Good thing I did too. Within a month, I'm having trouble with the same tooth. I go to another dental office... only to find that there was never a root canal done!!! Apparently, the infection had to subside before it could be completed! So, 1) They collected money for months for x-rays and procedures to get ready for braces 2) They, at the last possible minute, refused to put on the braces - knowing my Flexible Spending wouldn't pay out until the braces were in my mouth, and 3) Totally lied about having done a root canal! And, they've also reported me to collection agencies so it can negatively effect my credit ratings! RUN. Run away from this place with their unethical and insurance scamming practices!! I sure did!
