Make sure you read very carefully the paper work before signing. Im being charge a few to get them when my insurance already paid for them to be done. And I cant get them done again because my insurance wont pay again. What I need done cant be done at this office and now I need to pay to get my xrays. I dont think is right.

Initially I went into this office just for an exam and consultation. I was surprised to find they have a very friendly and professional staff. Dr. Freeman is wonderful!!! They helped me with a payment plan that worked for me and explained everything step by step. From now on any dental work I have will be done here.

At first my experience was fantastic I got two implants and life was great, During covid, the office closed for two months my implants were place in Feb 2020. I have two insurances and asked the office manager to please submit the pre-approval for my Crowns so that when I show up on August 5th I could just pay $300.00 and have both of my crowns. When I showed up to my appointment six months later which is the expected hold time for implants healing etc. The receptionist tells me I have a balance of $2400.00 , During the 4 month I was in touch with the office manager asking to submit the paperwork. I did also prepay $4000.00, I asked her did my insurance not cover the crowns? She told me they have not submitted the pre-approval and I asked why if I specifically requested, because its embarrassing to show up at an appointment and not have the money to pay. Then she proceeded to tell me its because there are pending transaction. I called my insurance and there was nothing pending. I called her a liar. Just admit you didn't do your job, apologize and we were good but her pride too big to accept the facts. So she tells me we were closed for two months and I replied so you were open for 4 months you couldn't submit my pre authorization? I asked for a refund of the money I had prepaid I got $950.00 back. After a week I received a letter telling me that I cant complete my service there. I writing this review so people in the future know what they are getting it to. Dr. freeman was Awesome but his office manager and receptionist were liars and did not take any responsibility for their actions. So it took about 6 months for them to reply for this. Let me ask you owner which insurance was maxed out my Delta insurance or my second one Cigna? Because i can prove to you that my Cigna wasn't maxed out Stop trying to clean it up.

Our family has been very pleased with Dr. Freeman and his staff at Family Dentistry. They're on top of our dental needs, and each visit has been very pleasant. Dr. Freeman does an excellent job and takes time to explain every needed procedure. His staff is very professional and friendly.

I've had a great experience in this office, very sweet and efficient hygienist and Dr Freeman examined me for a difficulty I was having, prescribed meds w/o charging me unlike Dr Carroll who glanced in my mouth and charged me $117. I have been delighted with this office and the regard I've been treated with.

Highly recommend Dr. Freeman and Family Dentistry. They're professional and continue to stay on top of my dental needs. It's been a little while and each visit Dr. Freeman does an excellent job and explains everything in detail! He has great staff who are professional, kind, and friendly!

Beware before signing any initial paperwork. According to the office, the paperwork states that if you need a copy of your X-rays or the original, even to have it electronically sent via email to another provider, there is a $50 x-ray usage equipment fee per person. Regardless if they were paid in full and covered by the insurance. So in our case a family of 6 would cost us $300. Some insurances such as ours will not pay for another full mouth panel for 36 months. Something to think about before committing yourself as a patient with this office.
