I visited Family Dentistry after having a terrible experience with my previous care provider. I was treated very well from the moment I arrived. Dr. Bassi was very knowledgeable and took the time to discuss a treatment plan I was comfortable with. She was very gentle with my cleaning and the receptionist was able to schedule my next appointment before I left. I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend Family Dentistry.

My last appointment was completely unnecessary due to poor communication among the staff. This is in addition to one of my attachments falling off within an hour of it being applied THREE times, despite me telling them each time that the tooth was a veneer. This means that I haven't had that attachment for the entire three months since I started Invisalign. They also refuse to coordinate my ortho and other dental appointments meaning I've had to come in twice as often.

Everyone is friendly, make you feel comfortable especially since I don't like going to the dentist! I like that you don't have to pay everything up front you pay as the work is being done! It really makes it nice to spread out the cost!

Hygienist that cleaned my teeth was very understanding of my jaw issues and cleaned my teeth without causing me pain. Staff was also courteous and efficient.
