Sorry to contrast with the rest of the reviews but I did not experience the same than the others. I confirm the staff is very friendly and are doing their jobs well. My point of contention was with the suggested course of action offered was extensive, unecessary and only recommended because "that's what we do here". I went for a second opinion which identified a rare condition that was easily solved. Had I continued on the suggested course of treatment at Family Dentistry of West Chester, I would have seen 4 of my teeth extracted, 1 crowned; neither of these causing my condition.

Had a crown put in, it was done with care and perfection at the end. Very friendly staff and you feel comfortable while you are there.

The front desk people are willing to work with me and my insurance. That is very important to me.dr Lee is a young professional who is very informative about what is going to happen as he treats me. The office is equipped with State of the art machines and technology. I feel pretty good after my appointment.

I am a new patient and my first cleaning appointment was wonderful! From the front desk staff, to the hygienist, to the dentist everyone was nice and friendly! The office smelled good and was very clean and everyone had on masks which is very important to me during these pandemic times. I highly recommend Family Dentistry of West Chester!

i have had my fair share of dental issues over the years. my wife had more than anyone i have ever known, including trigeminal neuralgia (the suicide disease), which is about as severe as they come. after many years and nearly as many dentists, oral surgeons, endodontists, orthodontists, etc (including the specialists at penn medicine), i have yet to find anyone better than dr meyerson at family dentistry of west chester. she began her professional career as an aerospace engineer and after working in the field for well over a decade, she decided to go back to school to become a dentist. as you can imagine, her work reflects this impressive history. and if you or anyone in your family ever needs a root canal and/or a crown, she has the machine to make them in the office. no temporary crown. no 2-4 week wait. you go in for a root canal and leave with your permanent crown in one appointment. that's tough to beat, in my opinion. and yes... i realize this review is SO good, it sounds like she wrote it herself. i assure you, she's just that good

Painless, clean, clean, clean! Dr. Anna is engaging, takes her time, makes sure you are completely comfortable and you are aware of everything (no surprises). Her equipment is state of the art and she is one of the smartest professionals I have ever met. If you are fearful, sensitive or just dislike having your teeth cleaned...try Dr. Anna. She's pretty much the best I have ever encountered... and I've had dental work done in Beverly Hills! Great job Dr. Anna and Bruce!!!
