Before treatment is performed, we will discuss treatment and financial options. We want you to fully understand your dental treatment, what to anticipate in fees, and allow you time to make the necessary financial arrangements.
Yourinsurancecoveragedepends on what you or your employer wishes to purchase. Benefits vary greatly based on the wide variety of policies sold to employers and patients, and it is impossible for any dental provider to know the insurance benefits of every patient.We will be happy to file your claim for you as a courtesy if you present your dental insurance wallet card and all required employer information. We will attempt to estimate what your plan may cover, but it is your responsibility to know your insurance policy rules and benefits.
If payment for services already rendered has not been paid in full within 45 days, either by you or your insurance company, the remaining balance for your treatment is considered due and must be paid by you.

Dr. Murphy and his staff are amazing !! I have a huge fear of dentists and struggle with crippling anxiety when I need dental work. Dr. Murphy is the most gentle dentist I have ever been to. He does an amazing job making sure I have no pain and always puts my mind at ease with his calm and gentle encouragement. The staff is very friendly and efficient and has worked us in quickly when we had dental emergencies. I highly recommend this practice, and is the only dentist we will use.

I would suggest this dentist office to everyone. They did not push the biggest and the best. $$$ doesn't mean the best solution. Amazing to have an old school dentist so young. With advanced technology. Yes I was over the top impressed

They are a remarkable team and you can tell they actually care about there clients health. Really genuine people that make you feel comfortable and treat you like a good friend. I have SEVERE dental anxiety and found myself in a dental emergency. I did research on a lot of local dentists (I've been needing to find myself one anyways) and gave Family Dentistry of Seneca a call. I was greeted with kindness and compassion on the phone (I was in tears) and they were able to get me in within hours. When I got there I was greeted with the same kindness. Dr. Zhang came in within minutes and instantly got to know me as a person-not just me as the patient. He knew I had dental anxiety and did everything he could to calm that. His dental assistant was just as calming as he was. He was patient and thorough. He made sure he understood everything that he was doing and when he could tell my anxiety was getting the better of me he would slow down and say "it's okay you're doing great" and give me a breather. I have had very traumatic experiences with dentists and he put that fear away. I will never see another dentist again. This practice is fantastic.

Dr. Murphy was great and so was the staff. Also the pricing is very affordable. Crown cost me a lot less there than other places around town and they worked with my insurance very well.
