The people here are extremely friendly, understanding and DO NOT JUDGE. The dental Hygienist Pam is amazing! The Dentist is a good listener and points you in the right direction.

I have never had a bad experience with Family Dentistery. I have been a patient of theirs for over 10 years. Everyone is very friendly and I get in and out rather quickly. The dental hygienist Jen is very gentle never have any bleeding or soreness to my gums after cleanings. I would highly recommend Family Dentistrry of Sandusky!

Best Dentist I've ever had by far! The office staff are wonderful. Hygienists are excellent. Dental assistants are so friendly and very helpful by answering any and all of my questions. I really can't say enough about coming here. Dr. Powell is amazing. He is kind, prompt, direct with answers, and he does a great job every time.

Shout out to Rachel who took several phone calls from me today (which if I was her I'd probably have been getting annoyed with me). I have always been happy with the service from the front desk but after having a bad experience at a health care facility the previous day with staff working the desk, her professionalism, patience, and positivity was extra appreciated and noticed today. I was pre-occupied, busy, and not in the best of moods. It was refreshing to deal with someone so friendly and willing to put in the effort to provide exceptional customer service. Thank you!
