Dr. Chalasani completed her DMD (Doctor of Dental Medicine) program from the prestigious Boston Universitys Goldman School of Dental Medicine in 2001. She is committed to lifelong learning and participates each year in a series of continuing education activities. This commitment to learning is shared by her staff as well. Together, they are continually educating themselves to further their clinical skills, stay on top of advancing technology, and review subjects vital to the day-to-day practice of dentistry.

Dr. Chalasani received her board certification from the American Board of General Dentistry and has been practicing dentistry for over eleven years. She holds her licensure from the State of Michigans Board of Dentistry and maintains an active certification in Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (CPR). She also maintains membership in the American Dental Association (ADA), Michigan Dental Association (MDA), and Oakland County Dental Society (OCDS).

Jill has been a hygienist for 22 years. She joined the team here at Family Dentistry of Royal Oak five years ago. 'I am happy to be working with such a wonderful, caring staff. It 's been a great experience to be part of a knowledgable and professional team.'

Jill and her husband have been happily married for 30 years. They have two college age sons. Jill likes to spend time with her family and friends. In her down time Jill enjoys to read and go running. Shari has been in the dental field for over 30 years. She enjoys working closely and establishing relationships with the patients. Shari works diligently to keep up with the constant changes with insurance.

Shari enjoys spending time with her family; especially with her 5 grandchildren. Shari loves to travel; she and her husband are always up for an adventure. In her spare time Shari enjoys to garden, swim and cuddling with her cat. Shari is an avid reader.

I usually never write reviews but I had an outstanding experience at this facility recently that I wanted to share with everyone. My 11 year-old needed two of her teeth extracted. I was dreading this experience both for myself (as a parent) and for my daughter who has to go thru this ordeal. Thanks to her professional touch and modern medicine, my daughter didnt feel a thing while both her teeth were being pulled.
