Dr. Kim is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College with a bachelors degree in Chemistry. She continued her study at University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine for her doctoral degree in dental medicine. Dr. Kim has an extensive research background with the National Cancer Institute, the National Institute of Health and the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, she has also been recognized and awarded for her research publications.
Dr. Kim is very active and wears many hats in the field of dentistry. Not only does she maintain her busy practices, shes also a certified trainer for SOLEA and a consultant and key opinion leader for many emerging dental technologies and concepts. Shes also passionate about providing the best comprehensive dental care for her patients. Dr. Kim is proud and grateful that her practices have grown primarily through referrals by current patients who have entrusted her with their dental care.
Dr. Bailey is a graduate of the University of British Columbia (Vancouver, Canada) in Mycology. He received his doctoral degree in dental medicine from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. Following his studies at UPENN, Dr. Bailey spent four years in the United States Navy. During that time, he completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry while stationed in Okinawa, Japan. He completed his service stationed at Jacksonville Naval Hospital (Florida). Dr. Bailey also spent 6 months attached to the 3rd MEU aboard the USS Essex (LHD-2). Since leaving the Navy, Dr. Bailey has been in private practice in Washington and Las Vegas.
Before completing his education, Dr. Bailey spent 4 years enlisted in the U.S. Army and was stationed at the Presidio of San Francisco and Monterey (CA), Goodfellow AFB (TX), and Seoul, S. Korea. He is married with 3 kids and enjoys playing golf and spending time hiking and cycling.

My family has been seeing Dr. Kieffer for over 15 years. We love him and the previous staff, the family type staff. I am not sure what happened but Family Dentistry, is far from family-like. The only thing I have heard coming from them is how much we owe and and it is overdue. The best was, they did an audit of my bill....The previous (family -type) staff would go above and beyond for my family. My hygienists, Jody, knew my condition and was always the BEST with her side manners. Dr. Kieffer is also great with his patients, he knows us and knows about us. So sad this company came in and taking money for nothing. I need dental work, and I don't want to deal with those women..bring the real family back DOC! They actually cared and knew our names not our wallets and credit card numbers. I would do 1 star, but DOC you deserve more credit.

Dr. Kiefer has been my dentist for over 10 years. When I lived in Florida I would come back to Reading every year to visit my family and schedule an appointment to see him. His staff is awesome!

I have been coming for years to see Dr Keith Kiefer. His team is amazing! His team does an amazing job from reminders, appointment setting to delivering results when it comes to my oral hygiene. Dr Kiefer comes out to see me, and take a look at my teeth. Jodie does my cleaning! She is amazing. My mouth is never in pain with her care, from her cleaning. I am so happy they are there. I highly recommend Dr Keiths office. Thank you so much for your care. I feel great going in. I trust his staff highly. Thank you so much for always working with me. When I call they all know who I am . I'm happy! Happy! My dad, brother and sister also go here. I know my dad told me years ago he liked going here because he felt like Dr Kiefer wasn't rough like the place we use to more than 10 years ago. We have all been with him since then. I know it sounds funny. But I truly feel blessed to come and visit his office.

I know keith for several decades, and until now he only did what the customer wanted. And it seemed like sue doesn't understand the proper billing code, and the customer has to pay for the remaining bill even if their insurance will cover the right procedure. And there is always WEEU and Mike to tell about it.
