I've never had such a pleasant experience at the dentist. Edit: I had a crown fall off that was decades old. The original crown never seemed to fit right. It always bothered me. I am so thankful for the new crown. I barely know it's there. Great work!

I visited the office, and made an appointment. They of course would not accept x-rays from other dentists, and wanted to do an overall exam and x-rays. They had a hard time figuring out whether they accepted CignaPlus dental discount plan, but then said they did, and gave me an estimate of $ 160. for the exam. 1 day before the exam, they changed the price to $ 380.

All new staff I believe, and they are super personable. My family has been with Family Dentistry of P.C for I believe around 4 years. We have had ups and downs with insurance and billing and could never really get answers. Today my husband and I had appointments back to back( we want to use the rest of our benefits before the end of the year) we unfortunately we're left with more money on our flex account due to losing our 14 yr old son who we were using the flex account for braces. The new staff has been amazing, the new dentist is very comforting and down to earth. We had a lot of clarification today of benefits , at least as much as we could at that moment. I am very happy with our visit and hope we continue to have such great service. I have already recommended them to several people and would recommend them to anyone who hates going to the dentist. They make it a total different experience!

The most honest dentist I've ever been to in 40+ years. I was ready to get a crown when doctor Nick told me I didn't need one thereby saving me an unnecessary $800 bill. I will be a patient for life!
