Love the friendly service but... the office has been a pain, 4 months later they are billing me for service that my insurance would cover if they would just get the pre-approval right! And I've already paid the over amount my insurance didn't pay. Really getting tired of getting billed for what I shouldn't owe.

My husband and I have gone to this dentist for over a year and initially they were great! It started off where they were messing up billing and charging us for things we didn't received... Then I spoke to the office manager who told me that they were understaffed and we're working on getting people trained. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt. We really like the dentist but unfortunately because the office is Millis managed we can no longer be patients of this particular practice! On numerous occasions I have had appointments in the morning and have sat there for nearly 35 minutes waiting to be seen but never updated on the situation and why I'm waiting so long only to be told it'll be another 2030 minutes. For the majority of us who work for a living, I can't afford to be away from my office for more than two hours. So this cuts into my time. I have decided to switch dentists and go a different route

Being a person who does not like going to dentist at all, I was nervous when I came in but the staff and doctor put me at ease and made me comfortable that I will be returning soon. The staff is professional and friendly. The place is clean and sanitized.

This was my first visit and the wait was not long and the staff is courteous and very helpful. The facility is clean. I don't go to dentist offices and I would definitely come back here. They made me feel very comfortable. Thank you

Everyone was very friendly nice atmosphere especially the receptionist she has a nice attitude and personality very welcoming (she has long dark brown or black hair and 4 yr old)

The entire staff was wonderful! They explained all the issues I have & how to maintain a healthy mouth & how much my crowns & fillings would cost, which was a lot less expensive than I thought.

I was very satisfied with my entire dental visit with Dr. Levinson and his staff! Each of them were very patient, kind and courteous. The receptionist staff were all great especially Sam and the assistant Jessica! But everyone I spoke to was great!
