Service wasn't bad but the receptionist is the most nastiest an disrespectful person I've came across in what's supposed too be an professional environment. I lost my grandmother an missed my appointment for my children when I called too reschedule she sucked her teeth and said do this again and we won't be able too see you at all. Seems like this is her attitude everytime we've spoke on multiple occasions absolutely ridiculous

I couldn't find a dentist that would see me for an urgent issue in Rochester. Found an appt here, took care of my issue and I've been back several times. An hour drive would be dumb if I didn't think it was worth it. Their front administrator went beyond her scope of work in assisting me with paperwork from another dentist office. Have never left feeling anything but satisfaction.

Had my first cleaning in over ten years. There was a lot of plaque to be removed and it took some time but my hygienist Stacie was very careful, professional, and did an excellent job. I only had a chance to meet Dr. Puddicombe for a a couple minutes at the end but he was polite, professional, and both him and Stacie had a lovely sense of humor.

He's a great dentist and very kind I had 5 teeth pulled today and I am a crier (okay I'm a bit of a baby lol) and he was very understanding and patient through it all. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Destroyed my good teeth. Changed old fillings and did not do it properly went in for a cleaning and left with pain and problems.. don't waste your time

Dr. Puddicombe's bedside manner was lacking significantly. He made inappropriate comments about my physical appearance that made me feel incredibly uncomfortable as I was laying in the chair with his hands in my mouth. He shamed me for the amount of fillings I needed (which I was already embarrassed of) and then forgot to fill in 2 of the cavities he drilled out. For a week I had intense pain and sensitivity and after being adamant I make an office visit, he nonchalantly mentioned how he never filled them in. After my teeth were finally filled, my bite was off causing headaches and continued sensitivity that lasted months. I chalked it up to my teeth and the amount of work that was done, but after experiencing a new dentist, realized I was not to fault. I had an annual cleaning with this office when the pandemic first started, but never received any updates as to whether the appointment was still scheduled. The day before the appointment I called the office and was directed to a machine stating they were closed. As I mentioned, I started seeing a new dentist and have since been trying to get my X-rays , but no one ever answers the phone. I highly recommend looking elsewhere, even if you are on an austerity budget with limited insurance (like me) because it isn't worth the effort and time my new dentist has to spend on my teeth making corrections.

Awful. Terrifying experience. I already have fear and anxiety when it comes to the dentist, which he knew about ahead of time, yet he did not make me feel comfortable at all. I felt him taking my teeth out, I heard and felt my teeth cracking. Painful and traumatizing for me. I also asked If I can be sent home with some pain meds, as I've always had a lot of pain after tooth extractions in the past, and he basically laughed at me and said to take Tylenol. You couldn't pay me to come back to this place, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Now my fear is 10x worse.

I have extremely high anxiety when having to go to the dentist. The staff and Dentist were extremely caring, and put me at easy I highly recommend them for all your dental needs, the hygienist was amazing and very gentle. For the first time ever I felt at ease and left extremely pleased. Definitely highly recommended this Dentist with an amazing staff

This is the worst dental office I have ever been too. They never answer their phone. When there machine picks up the phone that they don't answer it doesn't allow you to leave a message. So contacting them other then walking in their door is impossible. I have waited for three months for a referral. They are slow, unorganized and makes it frustrating to even deal with them
