My family is new to Family Dentistry of Frisco. I was only looking for a dentist for myself as I have always had my children seen at a pediatric dental office. I've had my first cleaning as well as fillings with Dr. Patel and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I found everyone from the front desk to the assistants to Dr. Patel very kind. I was nervous for my dental work and they took their time to help me feel comfortable and relaxed. My whole experience felt quick and was pain free. After my time at Family Dentistry of Frisco I have decided to move my children to this office where we can now all be seen together. I highly recommend Family Dentistry of Frisco to anyone searching for their new Dentist.

From the front desk all the way to the back I've never met more caring people that love what they do. I had a root canal by Dr. Patel that was beautifully done I went in nervous and was immediately comforted by Dr. Patel and staff. Absolute great team of professionals at this office!

I would leave a negative star if I could. I went in for a wisdom tooth surgery consultation the other day, and am not sure why all of these reviews are so positive... Dr. Patel came in for about 30 seconds and barely explained what I should be expecting for the surgery and then he prescribed me some medication (which to be fair, I did need). Then, the dental hygienist took me to view the estimates, and told me that I would be paying that amount at the pre-op appointment. After going home and reviewing the estimates, that said that my out of pocket price would have been $1700+, I thought it was ridiculous because my insurance covers 65%. I called the insurance company to have all of the line items checked, and they said that I should be covered as I expected. We had a 3-way call with the dental office, insurance, and myself, during which the dental hygienist was extremely condescending and rude to us. She was adamant about the fact that she had spoken to a "supervisor" at MetLife and that we would be refunded if insurance covers the procedure (to which she also claimed was "rare"). The insurance agent was telling her that the codes are not accurate and that the quote was wrong, but she just didn't want to even hear any of it. After a few minutes of back and forth argument, I finally said that I would just go with another provider. All she said was "ok sorry bye" and then hung up. ????? We ended up going to another dental office for a second opinion, and they were so kind and attentive. Both the dental hygienist and the dentist thoroughly explained the procedure and I truly felt at ease. The office also matched our insurance benefits and gave us a quote half the price of what Dr. Patel's office wanted us to pay. Please don't go here, such a scam. That doctor is a con for sure. Go read the reviews on Yelp because those are a more accurate portrayal of what you will expect at this office.

How is this place still in business after all the crimes they commit? Invest the time to read the reviews where they said unnecessary work was needed. Sure there are a lot of great reviews, but I question how many actually needed work done. I liked him too until I found out the truth. Again, read the stories and you'll think twice before visiting or trusting this guy. You've been warned.

I had a great experience. Dr Patel did a great job with my root canal. Absolutely wonderful job. The staff is excellent, very friendly and helpful. Pain free and very pleasant experience. I would never go anywhere else and would recommend you don't either.

Absolutely joke. My girlfriend went In with her whole face swollen and sobing in pain. All they did was give her a xray and some antibiotics. Never discussed fixing the issue or helping with the pain. They said take tylenol/ibuprofen together and that's the same as hydrocodone lol. I called and tried to get them to at least prescribe some Tylenol 3 and they refused. Literally just took the money for a xray and aren't even offering to help with the pain or fixing the actual issue.

Dr. Paresh Patel is the best dentist in Frisco, TX! Family Dentistry of Frisco is the best dental office in Frisco, TX or anywhere I have been to! I had my laser root canal done and where other dentist could not and would not do it, Dr. Patel was able to do it and restore . He also did my husband's dental implant about 4 years ago. It feels like an actual tooth till this day. After 8 years of coming to Family Dentistry of Frisco, I have consistently had the best dental experience. The front is always personal, caring, and friendly. The dental assistant are kind and very good at what they do. The hygienists are wonderful and gentle. Dr. Patel is the best and had amazing metaphors to explain treatment. He spends a lot of time with me and all of his patients. Thank you so much for such a great dental experience!

Have been attending regular cleanings, and have had multiple cavities / root canal at this location. My dental situation has improved 10 fold and gum disease gone. On my first visit, they were able to squeeze me in and fix a broken filling from a previous provider on 2hr notice. Staff is very friendly, and Dr. Patel is straight forward and professional. Prices have always been given to me up front before treatment. Also, I travel regularly for work and are always very considerate and forgiving of my crazy schedule. 10/10 Would recommend to anyone in need of dental work.
