My name is Chris Mosca and I've been a patient at this office for multiple years. Today I was there when a patient was screaming and yelling at the office staff, completely unhinged, and completely out of control. No matter what the dentist, or the office manager, tried to do to calm her down all she did was threaten to call the police and sue them over and over and over again. They asked her to leave the facility, she Continued to yell at everyone in the office and threaten everyone in the office until the office manager picked up the phone to call the police. The staff couldn't have been more respectful or polite

Terrible experience they had false advertisement for you to come in for a cleaning and then they tell you that they cannot clean your teeth. I had no infection because the lady that checked my teeth helped me with a metal instrument and specifically said there was no bleeding, and when there's no bleeding there's no infection. The manager Holly was extremely rude and and is unprofessional and has absolutely no customer service. I get my teeth cleaned every 6 months I just needed another dentist here in the USA and wanted just to get another cleaning and they could not help me. This is a scam do not go to them it will be extremely disappointed.

I have had major and minor work done and it has always gone very well. I can't say that I have ever had a bad experience with the Boynton Office and would totally recommend them to all. The staff is very friendly and kind, they are so driven and always willing to help whenever they can. The hygienists are amazing!! When I leave my teeth feel like a million bucks. The Doctors are always friendly and gentle they are awesome when it comes to the client customer service. A++ customer service will always continue to go back! Your office is doing great everyone! Thank you!

Really great dentist and awesome staff. If you are looking for no nonsense, KIND and affordable dental care, see Dr. Despointes at Family Dentistry of Boyten Beach. She listened, was sensitive to my concerns and came up with a plan, not only to relieve my pain, but to repair a smile that had been embarrassing me for a very long time. Eddy and other knowledgeable office staff made me very quickly feel at home and confident that I was in good hands. I am told that I am a work in progress, but I am able to say with a great big smile, that I am forever grateful to have met Dr. Despointes and her dentistry family!

Family Dentistry of Boynton Beach is such a quaint and family oriented operation. The staff is very knowledgeable of their job duties and they make me feel comfortable. I highly recommend them!

My dad has been to about 5 other dentists and this has to be the best one we've been to by far. From the knowledgable dental assistants/techs to the compassionate Dr. Despointes, my dad could not be happier with the attention he has received. They have been swift to answer our questions and have been thorough with their explanations of procedures. I would recommend this dentistry to anyone I know and, if my insurance allowed it, I would also be receiving dental care here. I have never written a review before but this place truly deserves 5 stars.

I have had minor and major work done at this dental office and have always been very pleased with the outcome. All of the staff are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. During these times, cleanliness is so important which I have witnessed in this dental office. I definitely recommend.

My experience with this dentist was horrific. All their services were improperly claimed with my insurance. While they were doing a procedure they showed me a plan cost sheet...I had no idea what I was signing. I was in severe pain for over a week afterwards. Do not go to this dentist! The staff was terrible.

Last year I had a significant amount of expensive dental work done at family dentistry. My insurance picked up a small amount of the bill and I paid the rest. A few months later I get a call from family dentistry stating that the insurance company did not pay the full amount that they said they would and now I owe them $1,000 more. I of course laughed at them and hung up the phone. Now I get calls all day long from a debt collector regarding the 1,000 my insurance company didn't pay. I would strongly suggest looking into another dentist.

I have dental insurance and when I went here they said that I have to pay a small amount and insurance covers the rest. Then months later I start getting calls from collection agencies because apparently Family Dentistry didn't do something right with the insurance and now I owe $. I never agreed to pay that out of my pocket. They refused to waive it. They had all my insurance information from the beginning.
