I wouldn't come here again if even it was my last option. Although I arrived as scheduled, I waited an excessive amount of time for them to do an entirely separate procedure rather than the one agreed upon. What was supposed to be a simple root canal became a tooth removal without replacement. This decision happened, without my consent, after he numbed me in the middle of the procedure. He had no sympathy and made it seem as though it was in inconvenience for him. I had to save money for over a year to afford to see a REAL dentist to install a bridge, leaving me with a visibly missing tooth. This impacted my social interactions and damaged my confidence. My bridge installation cost over $1,600 out of pocket. Also, this office doesn't offer nitrous-oxide therapy for patients' with anxiety such as myself; instead he gave me more local, ripping my gums, (once more, as if doing his JOB was an inconvenience to him.) This behavior easily creates "white-coat" syndrome, leaving patients' fearful of the dentist until they're in so much agony that they must go. It's borderline inhumane and out of date. His age is no excuse for this, although he may need a new glasses prescription.

I love this office!! I have had multiple procedures done by Dr. Gilpin. I highly recommend this team to anyone needing dental work. The new hygienist was very helpful and super kind!

I have never liked going to the Dentist, I had a bad experience when I was a kid. Now I drive from Clarksville to Ashland City to get my teeth cleaned. Staff is super friendly. Dental Hygienist is very compassionate and has never hurt me when cleaning my teeth. Great experience!!

The office staff are amazing! I have always had a fear of the dentist but the office staff immediately made me feel comfortable. One of my fears has always been the "smell" but this office is very pleasant! Both dentist are very nice and have great, very kind bedside manner! I will definitely return to this office without any second thoughts. I have found the dental office I will be staying with from here on out!

This was the worst experience of my life I have been to rude dentist before Dr len ray takes the cake he came in I had been up all weekend with a sever toothache I was in so much pain when I arrived at his office he come in slap some numbing meds on me shot me up and asked did I want to go somewhere else was he hurting me I'm terrified of needles he didn't even let me know he was fixing to shoot my mouth I will be reporting him to the medical bored I wouldn't take my dog there

My family and I have been going here for a few years now, and even though we have since moved, we still drive the extra distance to go to this practice. The staff is kind, welcoming and accommodating. I've had to bring my young daughter in and they even assisted with her during my visit. They really just go above and beyond to serve their clients, and have gotten us in when we needed. My kids actually look forward to their visits. Love it!

dr. Ray has been our family dentist for 20+ years and we have always had a great experience. Dr. Ray and all his staff are professional and very friendly.

Had a really bad tooth ache,knew I needed to get my tooth pulled. I called and made an appointment, they had me in the next day. Went in, they had me in a chair within 5 min. Told them I didn't want x-rays just wanted to get it pulled, so that's what they did, wanted to use x-ray money for tooth pulling. Doc came in numbed me up, waited a few minutes, came back in to pull it I told him it wasn't numb enough, so he numbed it some more and had the tooth out within a minute. When done they had some takehome gauze ready and my scrips were already ready. I hate going to the dentist, but I had a very good experience, because it was how I like it, SIMPLE.

Messed up my daughters teeth 10x worse than they already were. She cries all the time saying her teeth hurt from the work they did there. definitely would not recommend going there. 0 out of 10 for me

I absolutely love this place! From the phone call to get in, the check in process all the way to check out, this team was professional, polite and caring. I had the privilege of seeing Doctor Ray, I did not even feel the needle stick when he went to Miami for my procedure and even after the numbing medicine wore off hours later I had no soreness are throbbing like times past when I had an extraction it's really why is hands-down the best dental experience I've had it's really why is hands-down the best dental experience I've had out of my life!

I have been seeing Dr Gilpin for over 5 years now getting work done to my teeth. I've had several crowns, molars pulled and fillings. He is great! Takes his time and makes sure everything is right. I live the all the ladies there too. They are the best! Thank you all for what you do!

Orthodontist noticed a cavity and told me to get if filled. Went to ray/gilpin and they say i have FIVE teeth with cavities in them. Decided to get a 2nd opinion from another dental practice and guess what? JUST ONE CAVITY.
