I'm scared to death of going to the dentist. It's so great here. Everyone is super nice. If not for here I'd wouldn't go to the dentist. I'd probably be toothless. Thanks for making me feel so comfortable.

If any dental experience can be great this is the place .From the receptionist, to the assistant to the Dr. All very helpful and very friendly. Would highly recommend.

The 4 times I've been there have all been wonderful. Each time I've received great costumer service and a great experience getting my teeth worked on.

Mary has been my hygienist for over 35 years and has done a fantastic job. I'll never go to anyone else! The entire staff is very professional... and very friendly!

I have been going to Dr. Burns since the late 70's, he is the greatest dentist on the planet, the entire staff are world class!

I have been seeing Dr. Douglas Burns for over 30 years. I have had a lot of work done on my teeth & I have tried a number of dentists. The first time I went to Dr. Burns I knew I had found the best. If Dr. Burns changed offices, I followed. Today I very willingly drive 50 minutes each way just to see Dr. Burns. I have recommended Dr. Burns to a number of my family and friends, they too agree with me that Dr. Burns and his staff are wonderful. These are a few of the things that sold me on Dr. Burns & his staff: No Pain, Very Gentle, Truly Caring, Technically Outstanding & they love what they do. Best of all, they have made it so I no longer dread going to the dentist.

The people there are extremely nice. They are very well trained and are very dependable. I wouldn't go to anyone else! They aren't robots that just do their jobs, give you info, and leave. They are real. You can tell them about your whole day, good or bad, and they'll listen to you and talk to you like human beings. I'm very glad and am very lucky to have found this place. I've been going here for several years and never have I had a problem with anything!

Awesome staff and Dr. Burns deserves 5 stars plus. He is so kind and very helpful in calming your fears during dental procedures. I would highly recommend Family Dentistry in Franklin, Ohio.

The staff was so kind, and the dentist was understanding and sympathetic. It was the best experience I have ever had at a dentist! I will be coming back!
