They are amazing! So easy to book appointments and they are really good with trying to find a time that works for you. Jen is a sweetheart and does a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. Dr Dalena is very professional and also very instructive in what I need to do to maintain healthy teeth and gums. Lisa is very polite eveytime I speak to her on the phone. All in all they make me feel like family. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a dentist

Family Dentistry is simply the best! I have gone to this practice for a few years now and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. Dr. Dalena, Jen, and Lisa are extremely kind and compassionate. You will always be greeted with a smile and treated as family. Dr. Dalena and Jen have always been extremely thorough and gentle with all exams. This is a practice that truly cares for their patients by going above and beyond!

Dr. Delena, Lisa and Jennifer were so nice to me and my boyfriend yesterday! By far the best experience I have had at a dentist office! They take every precaution for covid-19 and the office was beautiful! I loved it so much I am switching care to this office from now and I recommend everyone to go here! I am so glad they are in Stratford!!

Lisa and Dr. Dalena are always so friendly and accommodating. I Initially went to the office for a cleaning and had to return for some fillings. I was nervous but Dr. Dalena thoughtfully went over every step and made it the most pleasant and easy experience I've had! No pain at all! I experienced numerous examples in one visit of them bending over backwards for the good of the patient. Dr. Dalena was kind enough to work up a quote for my boyfriend to come in for a cleaning who does not carry dental insurance. He was understanding of how difficult that situation can be financially and was more than accommodating to work out a plan that considered that. I think the assumption is often that the dentist does what the insurance company says and that's the end of it. No room for discussion. I saw first hand that Lisa really went to bat for a patient with the insurance company so they would do right by them. I don't know the details, but it made my decision to go to this office even more justified. They really do care and truly put the patient first. I was blown away by this practice today! Highly recommended!!!

Dr. Dalena and his whole team are wonderful. I would highly recommend. They went above and beyond to create a positive experience for my son who was a little unsure about seeing the dentist! They take every precaution to keep their office clean, and I felt very safe while having my teeth cleaned.

Don't hand them your payment card when they tell you when your insurance covers it they will refund your payment. Don't do this with anyone to be safe. My insurance company told me many doctors are trying to do this. Be safe!

My family and I are new patients with Dr. Dalena as he came highly recommended by a close friend. Our experience was like non other. From the moment we were contacted by office manager, Lisa Dalena (wife), up until the time our appointment ended, we felt so safe, welcomed, and extremely comfortable. Not only is the office a very friendly environment, but the professionalism, knowledge, and safety precautions were above and beyond anything I've ever experienced at a dental office. Lisa met us at the door with her PPE in place and instructed my husband and I, step by step, from hand sanitizer to goggles to our own personal ink pen, on how to keep ourselves and the staff safe. The dental hygienist, Jen, is awesome! Outfitted in PPE gear from head to toe, she was gentle and did a thorough cleaning job. After our cleaning, the dentist, Dr. Dalena, also wearing PPE, brought me into his examination room and went over my x-rays with me. Now here's something I've never experienced...he took actual 'prob' camera pictures of my teeth and completed a cancer exam of my entire mouth! Dr. Dalena explained everything to me and consistently asked if I had any questions. What a pleasant experience! This truly is Family Dentistry because we were treated just like family.

Today was my first visit to Dr Dalena for in-office teeth whitening. I was greeted by Lisa at the door who took me through a very thorough covid-19 screening. She was so friendly and made me feel very comfortable and secure. I was a bit nervous about the teeth whitening procedure as it was my first time. Dr Dalena set me right at ease. The procedure was painless, all in all an excellent experience. I am so pleased with the results. I highly recommend Dr Dalena!
