I can't say enough good things about this entire office. I have mostly been seen by Dr. Brown, who has been wonderful! I recently had an emergency and saw Dr. Johnson. I have high anxiety regarding dental work/procedures. He was so kind and patient! He really put me at ease and explained everything as he went. His assistant Macy was equally kind and patient. They made a great team! I'm so very thankful!

No matter how early you arrive, you are never seen on time. There's no order to being seen either. It's like they pull a name from a jar and call them back. The dentist is very nice but I can't deal with the front desk. My time is valuable, too.

Hi so far it has been a pleasure being seen at this dental office. Nothing but good things to say about Dr. Brown and his staff. I know that the Lord drew not only myself but my wife as well and we are grateful to God for your loving care. I know there are other places that we can go to but I'm glad that we chose this office.

I had an issue with scheduling and they made it right. The office mgr spoke to me and worked me in . She went the extra mile. I appreciate it.

I don't feel a star was deserving. I cheduled an appointment 2 weeks ago and was given an appointment for today. Thursday the 14th at 3:30. I told the scheduler that I would like a call back confirming the acceptance of my insurance. I was told I would receive a call back closer to the appointment. A week before the appointment (Saturday the 9th) I was in extreme pain and called the emergency number. Received a call back that I should take IB 800 with Tylenol until I could get in the office and that she would notify the office and someone would call to try to get me in. No call ever received. Spoke with Shannon the day before my appointment, still no confirmation of insurance being accepted but I'm expected to come to an appointment unprepared for the cost? Reassured that my insurance was being checked for authorization, I was told I would get a call back that day as I needed to know what I was expected to pay. No call ever returned. Day of appointment no call returned. I called office at 5:15 only to find out Shannon never conveyed my call to the young lady confirming the insurance. The verifier had an error with entering the insurance and still did not call me to confirm my actual insurance info. What kind of practice is this? I'm pretty sure this is not the first time a possible client has been render this type of poor service! Sad!

I think the staff and Dr's at this office are superb. I completely trust there opinions and my cleanings are outstanding. I highly recommend this as your first choice in dental care.

I should have read the reviews, many people have stated they give you a lowball quote then slap you with a big big bill and call that quote an estimate. They don't know what there doing with insurance and billing and their work is subpar. Stay away from this business.

I have been a patient of Dr. Brown's for 35 years. He and the Staff at Family Dentistry are the absolute BEST!!! They take care not to hurt or make you uncomfortable. I have recommended many of my friends and co-workers to Dr. Brown. I feel like I am part of the "family"! Come and join the family!

The dentists, hygienists, and staff here are excellent. For a person that has a phobia of getting any dental work done, these people calm my nerves and have always done a great job. Having a great dentist and staff makes all the difference in the world.

Horrible experience with the office staff & management! Disfunction at its best. They called me seven times inside of a week to change an appointment. They have no internal communications or systems that allow for a smoothly operating dental practice. When I tried to gingerly, kindly provide feedback around what the staff put me through, they blamed me for expressing the need to have improved customer service... unbelievable! As you can see from the former feedback, I am not the first complain about the staff.

I have been going to this dentist for about 5 yrs, and I can't say enough about Dr. Johnson and Brittany. They have always treated me like family, and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of! No matter what I had to have done Brittany's bubbley personality always made me feel at ease! I can honestly say I will never go anywhere else. Brittany and Dr Johnson make a fantastic team!

The staff is so nice with making sure I get in for an appointment, no matter how full they may be. Dr. Brown is one of the best , I would not let anyone else work on my dental work . Thank you all for taking care of me.

Dr. Brown and his staff have been our family dentist for over 17 years and we have experienced the best service imaginable! His entire staff is knowledgeable and friendly. No question goes unanswered! From the moment you walk through the door you are treated with dignity and respect! His hygienists and technicians know their business and have handled our needs with skill that is unmatched. Dr. Brown and Dr. Johnson provide the foundation for this practice and it shows in each and every visit. As a retired medical administrator with over 30 years of dealing with medical staff, I would recommend this office without hesitation or reservation as they are this good!

This office is run efficiently and the dental assistant s are friendly and do an excellent job! Dr Scott Brown which is the Dentist I see , is very professional but with a down to earth manner and makes you feel like family! There is just a Great atmosphere there and I look forward to my Dental appointments!!!
