Had a major dental emergency on a random Thursday and was able to get in to see Dr. Iqbal. Had the best experience with the whole staff. The young lady at the front desk was very sweet and helpful. The dental assistant, Astrid, was gentle and kind. Dr. Iqbal was personable and actually asked me what I wanted! Which I have never been asked before by a dentist. I heard him with other patients as well and loved how he interacted with them. He seemed to have a sense of humor which was refreshing. After reviewing his fees, compared to other dentist in the area he is very reasonably priced. Overall I truly had a five star experience and I'm glad to have found this office.

Dr Moore is the very best dentist in the metroplex maybe even in Texas. Dr Moore doesn't send you off to specialist he can do just about any procedure himself right in his office. He is kind and gentle and just a great guy. I highly recommend Dr Moore to anyone. He sees patients young and old. Anyone can see dr Moore for any procedure. He's the greatest.

I've been going to Dr Moore since 1984. I have never had an issue with Dr Moore himself, or his staff. I've had my wisdom teeth pulled with no issues. I've had a root canal done for which I was told by friends they are painful, but with Dr Moore I've experienced little to no pain afterwards. I have recommended Dr Moore to coworkers and friends. The ones that went to him are now regular patients.

We've used Dr Moore for 20 years for adults and children, and we have NEVER had a problem. He has always taken a conservative approach to treatment and has never pushed a procedure. One of our sons had a 2-year-molar that had a brown "stain" on it when it came in. Dr Moore said that it could be a sign of decay, but until it cut through the enamel, he didn't want to drill and fill it. When that molar fell out (7th grade) it still had the brown spot. Never changed at all. I always feel like Dr Moore is concerned about keeping our mouths healthy with minimal intervention. We've used multiple hygienists over the years and, again, have always been happy with the care given - even to wiggly little boys! I highly recommend Dr. Moore's office.

Do not cancel or reschedule inside of 24 hours or else you'll be billed for their lost time. Seems reasonable to me. Also, don't expect to get an appointment for tomorrow or even next week unless it's an emergency visit. Dr. Moore and his team are fantastic, so it's no surprise that appointments fill up quick and the wait for an appointment can be weeks or even months away. I've been seeing Dr. Moore for several years now. My wife, her family, and several family friends have been seeing Dr. Moore for their entire lives. This place is honest, accurate, and doesn't recommend unnecessary work: I'd been to two (other) separate dentists within a week before finding Dr. Moore; one dentist with high reviews on Angie's List said I needed $8,000 worth of work so I decided to get a second opinion. Something didn't seem right; my instincts were telling me I was about to be scammed. The next dentist with high reviews on Angie's List said I didn't need any work at all, but completely missed an obvious outside-facing cavity on a rear molar that I intentionally didn't mention just to see how observant he would be after he and his team left me waiting for 1 hour in the lobby and then 2 hours (forgot about me?) in the chair before he ever showed. He was very frazzled when he finally showed up and spent literally 30 seconds looking at my teeth. When I finally mentioned the obvious cavity that he had missed, it was clear he was embarrassed but was not apologetic or humble about it. It was clear by the amount of activity in the building that they overbook appointments. I ran from there and never looked back. How can I need $8,000 worth of work and also not need any work? After those two experiences, I was very happy that my then-girlfriend told me about Dr. Moore. Dr. Moore, please never retire!!

ALL ABOUT THE MONEY AND NOT THE PATIENT I had a bridge put back on, informed him that it did not feel set right. He said it is just sore. the Bridge not being set right caused the bite to be off which caused another tooth to become injured ( root canal to fix), after the appointment they scheduled me for a cleaning, 4 months away, and then charged me because i did not show up. Never got an appointment reminder of which they say, that is just courtesy anyway, that I had signed paper work saying I would pay for a no show. Yes I did, and you know what? I will pay, and pay a whole lot sooner than the four months that they did not tell me that they owed me money. Just how long would they have kept it wonder?

Showed up to my appointment and was told i would get a call to reschedule once they knew when hygienist would be available. None called me back. I called to reschedule and was told I had a $50 no show fee, they argue that my story was not true. And I was also told there would be a waiting period of 4 months to schedule another cleaning. Ufff! Very disappointed. They are sending me the bill in the mail, for their screw up.
